I don't like giving bad reviews Tim is a nice man but my ring was altered and I'm very upset my ring doesn't look or feel the same I've had it for many years it's very sentimental to me being in the same plaza I try to have good relationships with the businesses around I should have had more of a discussion about my expectations but I never expected to for this to happen we should have weighed my ring and discussed what kind of pink stones I wanted because I was expecting cz chips I have some I just can't find them since I moved and I'm tired of gluing them for temporary fix so I wanted to just have them replaced I waited over a month I thought they had lost it at that point when I finally picked it up I thought it was a fake replica because there was a high carat polish on it he took it right back and took it off said most customers like it ask before my skin color doesn't go with orange then I took it and I'm walking and looking at it...I turn around go back Tim was gone it didn't look or weigh the same felt completely different if you look at the pictures it was a bumpy beautiful nugget ring now it's flat and the stones are a dark pink not what I thought I would get I can live with the color its the flat look of it and it has no weight to it 😭 There is nothing that can be done to make it right all I asked was a simple stone replacement and you said the prong had to be fixed if you would have asked before "making it look new" I would have told you no I have a lot of sentimental value to the ring during covid someone offered 1000 for it and I wouldn't part with it now it looks completely different and I can't take it back put the gold back to how it was not flattened I've never heard of alterations to property without discussing I regret having the stones replaced. I went to Premier Jewelers looking for a necklace and charm for my husband’s birthday. I told John the style and length I was looking for. They had the style but did not have it in that length I wanted. They did have one that was four inches longer and Tim was able to cut off the extra and shorten it to my desired length SAME DAY. I was able to walk out with his gift. Not to mention he has very fair prices and quality pieces. I can tell he’s a great person and jeweler. They were busy and each person that came in knew him by name and mentioned that they have been getting all of their jewelry and repairs from him for years. John was very pleasant and good at his job. Even after he helped me find what I was looking for he checked with me while waiting for the necklace to be shortened to see if they could get me anything. Once Tim found out it was a gift, the necklace and charm was put in a very nice box, with a bow and a gift bag. I literally only have to add tissue paper.
