I arrived promptly at 9:00 AM on June 23rd, based on the salon’s listed opening time. However, the salon was not open. I called the number provided and was informed that the stylist would be about 20 minutes late. When she arrived, I went in and requested a blowout with a trim. There was little to no conversation, and overall, the atmosphere did not feel welcoming. The service took just over an hour. While the blowout was sleek, I’m accustomed to a few curls or bent ends for a finished look. My total came to $80. When I attempted to pay using my husband’s Apple Credit Card, I was told the machine wasn’t working. I found this confusing since I was the first customer of the day. She then asked me to use the “tap” feature on the same machine she just informed me wasn’t working. Apple Credit Cards do not support tap payments. Ultimately, she asked me to Zelle the payment instead. If you know your card machine isn’t working, you should inform customers ahead of time so they can be prepared with an alternative payment method. The lack of communication and professionalism made the overall experience disappointing.

Do not go here if you are Natural. I went in October hair was fine a younger lady did it and my hair was fine. I went in November and the older lady did it .She put something in my hair and now it will not go back to my curl pattern. I believe they have perm in the shampoo. You should not put chemicals in someone's hair with out their knowledge. If you can't deal with Natural Hair say so. Women with Natural Hair do not come here. The first picture is before they touched my hair in November and the second picture is how my hair is now damaged. Both pictures shows how my hair looks right after I wash it with no product. Do not listen to the response (by Owner)I have several emails and Direct Messages that have went unanswered by Owner and I was blocked on IG. They are not interested in making anything right and I would never go there so, they can destroy what's left of my hair.

Curly girls beware….I thought long and hard about this review before I posted. I came her in December for my birthday to get a Balayage, roller set, and style. While I love my color they severely damaged my hair. I love having curly hair and since going to this salon my hair has not reverted back. I look like I permed my hair now when I have been natural for 11+ years now. This is not my first color and even when I was blond my hair still curled. I am so disappointed, while their services are good do not go here if you have natural hair unless you are okay with losing your curls. (Pic of my hair after coming here)

When I tell you I took months to write this review because I'm so hurt by these people believe me. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to do my hair silk press and a protein treatment. I found this place and decided to try them out. Long story short I've been natural for two years and grew my hair it was so beautiful and I was so proud of it NOW IM BALD because they fried my hair and also used some product I'm not sure what it was and may be the reason it fell out. When I got back home my husband was asking what's burning the woman at the salon was so rough and pulled my hair out there was so much of my hair in her brush my head was on fire also the about of heat that was coming out was crazy I am mad at myself for allowing this to happen !!! Ive attached a photo with my hair a day before going there now I have no hair it kept falling out and wouldn't return to its natural state months after I cannot even look at this place when i drive...

So many clues for me to walk out. I should have left because now, every time I do my hair I get angry about it. She blunt cut my hair much shorter than I requested when it was DRY. Never in my life has anyone cut my hair dry, unless it was the neighbor kid when I was 3. If I'm requesting the smallest trim because I'm growing my hair out, why would you blunt cut 2 inches off of it, ignoring the layers?! Then she told me $30 for the hair cut $70 for the style. She didn't do my hair, she put it in rollers and sat me under the dryer before the cut. Which I didn't request and didn't do anything for my hair because my hair isn't curly.

My first clue was when I called, there was no greeting, just a silent answering of the phone. I didn't even know if I had a business.

My second clue was that she said she had availability and didn't take appointments. When I got there of course it was just her and I...
