Our first visit to Jamestown Community Playground was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations. The park is exceptionally clean and boasts a variety of equipment suitable for children of all ages, making it a perfect spot for family fun.

One highlight of our visit was the zip line, which our daughter absolutely loved. She couldn't get enough of it and kept going back for more! The playground also features plenty of other engaging play structures that kept our kids entertained for hours.

We appreciated the picnic tables available, which made it easy for us to enjoy a leisurely lunch in the park. The combination of well-maintained facilities and thoughtful amenities made our visit both comfortable and enjoyable.

If we were locals, Jamestown Community Playground would undoubtedly be our go-to park. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, fun, and family-friendly environment. We can't wait to...

Wilson Park now has competition for best park in Rhode Island. I have had Wilson Park as the best Park in Rhode Island, but Jamestown Community Playground is hands down the best Playground in Rhode Island. See the photos. It has everything you can dream of. The slides are high and fun and not low and lame. It is built like a Lighthouse. It has ziplines, ropes to climb, the rope pyramid, and everything possible. So much fun. I had to get up there. Love this place. Wonderful Job Jamestown!! It even house a bathroom area in the shade (portajon), and garbages and most importantly recycling bins. So...

Amazing hidden gem playground! Actually, pretty easily found on way to Beavertail, but an unexpected find. Great selection of play equipment, all either in good shape or brand new. Climbing frames, castle like structure with slides, zip rail, swings with accessible chair... Also a few picnic tables, benches and grass areas for parents to sit. Good combo of sun and shade too. Situated next to library, so extra parking there. And across from a well stocked garage station, with a selection of snacks and cold drinks (slushies for kids, iced coffee...

This playground is brand spanking new July 2018! All the latest gadgets and gizmos that the kids crave! I have twin five year olds and they think this is a pretty good park! The grabby handle that slides a very very long way is boss! Don’t forget to wear your helmet , knee pads, shoulder pads, retainer, inflatable floaters, and more! Bring your helicopter parents one and all!

Best playground I've ever been to. Lots of things that you wouldn't see at a typical playground. My nieces, who are 4 and 6 love coming here. There's a cute little cafe across the street for coffee, breakfast or lunch. There's also a cumberland farms, which is very convenient for just a coffee or bathroom break.
