The Wicked Whisk — Restaurant in Jamestown

At first I started patronizing Wicked Whisk because a good friend of mine got her first job there; I would stop by once in a while to say hello and grab a treat. Now, I find it to be one of my favorite spots in Jamestown (this coming from a local!). The establishment is well-kept and beautiful, the staff is always kind and affable, and most importantly, the ice cream is delicious!

Also, for those that are confused, the establishment changes out its "Wicked Shake" every week or so, so they won't be able to make past Wicked Shakes unless they are displayed on the menu board. This is because they don't have the ingredients necessary to make them. However you can get regular milkshakes in any ice cream flavor, as well as vegan milkshakes made with dairy-free ice cream and oat milk!

Lastly, for people complaining about the staff, I have no idea where that is coming from. They are all so kind and helpful and wear the biggest smile whenever anyone comes in. They are all so sweet and make the experience at Wicked Whisk that much...

SUPER disappointed! We drove 40 mins here after we found the place on Instagram and Facebook and were so excited about their wicked milkshakes! We also were looking forward to the pastries like the key lime cups. There were a few cookies only.

We were also told they could only make one flavor of wicked milkshakes, and the girls working the counter were not helpful when we tried to ask what kind of milkshakes we could have. We were all really excited for the over the top milkshakes. The girls at least could have been helpful or enthusiastic about serving us. My wife and I recently went here. Upon entering, my wife said hi and none of the 3 workers replied or acknowledged us. Given that it was our first time, we asked about an ice cream flavor, though they didn’t have it. We ended up leaving because it felt awkward and uninviting.
