⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️🏡 5 Stars — A Slice of Home and a Whole Lot of Heart!
Today, life gave me lemons… but Red Ribbon gave me a whole Sansrival cake — and honestly, that’s the kind of plot twist I live for. My cousin just came home and surprised me with this sweetest gesture to say thank you for taking care of her husband (who was sick) while she was away. She knows I’ve got a certified sweet tooth, and she knew exactly where to go. Red Ribbon never fails.
From the Brazo de Mercedes to the Mango Cake, Yema Cake, Butter & Cheese Mamon, Yema Caramel Ensaymada, and those chewy Caramel Bars — it’s all pure, nostalgic bliss. It’s not just dessert, it’s comfort. It’s not overly sweet, so yes, you can go back for seconds… or thirds (no judgment here!).
This is what real luxury tastes like — thoughtful, humble, and heartwarming. We make normal days feel special with these treats. Highly recommend Red Ribbon for anyone who wants to surprise a loved one, or hey, even yourself. Because sometimes, the best moments come wrapped in cake...
Read moreI went to RR in Jersey city last Sunday 2/2/25 with my sister and cousin. I bought 2 bags of mamon $12 each, 3 bags of cheesy ensaymada $16.50 each, 1 bag of ube mamon $18.54, 1 bag of sweet pastry variety pack $16.50, 2 brownie and 2 caramel bar. After I paid for it, I was questioning (at the back of my mind) why it cost $147. I didn’t get to check my receipt at that time coz I realized that the cashier didn’t add the palabok so I had to order and pay it separately then got distracted.I didn’t check my receipt also when we got to my sister’s house because we were leaving to have dinner. Today,2/3/25,after arriving home in NC,I found the receipt (which I had been looking to check why I paid so much) I found out that I was charged an extra bag of butter mamon $12 and an extra bag of ube mamon $18.54. That’s a total of $30.54. That’s why I have been bothered by it all this time,I just couldn’t find the receipt at that time. Only now that I arrived home in NC that I found the receipt. I am so mad. I...
Read moreI'm giving you two stars because you have a very rude male cashier working there. I understand you do not want your customers touching your product right now, and yes, you do have three signs plastered on one section of your displays. However, I did not see them right away and the display I was looking at did not have the "Do Not Touch" signage. It also DOES NOT help that your "Do Not Touch" signs are in red and white and your marketing is also primarily red and white. Everyone's emotions are understandably on edge right now, and there's gotta be a way for your workers to communicate "do not touch the product" in a more courteous way. My mother was also put off with the way said cashier interacted with us.
Way to ruin someone else's day during a pandemic - you're in customer service and we're...
