Easy PC Computer Repair — Attraction in Joplin

I've been providing computer support for 25+ years on everything from the massive mainframe computers to Macs and PCs to AS400s as standalone machines for personal use and as network servers. I don't like to work on hardware, though, so I brought Clint 2 all-in-one PCs to see if he could find a problem with Windows 11 on one and see if he could make the other one work at all or at least recover the data from the hard drive and transfer it to the other. The one was ruined beyond even salvaging for parts but he was able to save the data and transfer it. The computers belong to an elderly client of mine who lives a considerable distance from Joplin or Springfield and at 87, she doesn't drive unless she absolutely has to; Clint added remote access to her computer and offered to help her through that access if I'm not able to get out to her myself. This woman relies on her computer to stay in touch with friends and family, it's her lifeline so Clint made sure that she can get assistance from him, in addition to me, going way, way above and beyond for someone who isn't his client, she's mine.

So, just a few days later I was trying to replace the power supply for a desktop PC and I just could not get it all the way open. Naturally, I called Clint! I was hoping a spare power supply that I had would work in the computer I brought to him but of course it didn't. Clint had a new one in stock - and it's superior to the both the original and the one I have - and he put it in while we waited. Given the quality of the part, the price he gave me is unbeatable! His labor charge for both machines he worked on for me is incredible and again, can't be beaten! He's fast and efficient and I will never use anyone but him when I need help with hardware!

We own Country Pickin's Antiques and when our computer stop functioning we called Clint at Easy PC computer repair. We explained what was happening and not happening, Clint, made an educated guess as to what the problem may be and gave us a guess for cost of repairs. We decided to take our computer to him for a more precise estimate. He told us what it would take to get up and running and the cost. Clint was AMAZING! My sons Gaming PC he built a few years back had a motherboard smoke and it was replaced by the manufacture. We installed it and couldnt get signal to the monitors. Took the pc to another shop and they said the motherboard was bad after charging us to look at it. I decided that what that guy told me didnt sound right based on some of the things he told me while looking it over and took it to Clint!
