Hillbilly Outlet — Attraction in Joplin

I went there Looking for an up right freezer. I first went to Neosho, the polite general Richard, didn’t have any in stock at his store so I drove to joplin. I was greeted greeted by Troy as I walked in the store. I explained my situation. He was able to offer me 2 Stand up’s that had been checked out by their tech Quincy, I knew I was looking at used appliances, to my surprise they where extreamly clean and odor free. I was able to Use their 90 day say as cash program. Only giving a small down payment. I also met Lenny the owner. He too was polite and knowledgeable. In my overall exsperiance with HillBilly Outlet, I was not pressured, treated with respect and smiles as I drove off with my stand up freezer in the back of my pickup. WORSE PLACE TO BUY OR REPAIR APPLIANCES !! This is the worse business experience i think i have ever had. The store is filthy inside, stinks & disorganized. They will tell you their appliances are new, but every one is new or reconditioned. I bought 3 appliances at once. A "new dryer" went out the day after i paid of my "90 days same as cash loan". They offer nothing. They also still have have my washer they promised to fix in 2 weeks. Its been 4 months & get mad when i GO IN to ask about it. Basically, their stuff is all used & retail rejected junk they polish just to sell. No one answers the phones, people that work their have no skills, are felons & don't even have good hygiene. This is by far the best place to buy your appliances. You walk in they are both friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a washer and dryer set as well as a refrigerator at great price. Yes the appliances are both new and used, but you know that going into the store. People say that they are felons and have no skills. Last time I checked not everyone can fix a washer or any other type of appliance for that matter. We have stores like this for a reason. Maybe don't judge a book by its cover, try reading the whole book first. I recommend this place to...
