I have been a customer for years, since before it was recreational. Being a disabled veteran, I need a holistic approach to my pain management than pain pills. I have spent thousands of dollars at this dispensary. I will never shop here again. I pulled up to the drive thru because it was empty. I had already looked online and knew what I wanted. I was informed by the woman standing there looking on Facebook on her phone, not assisting anyone, that she couldn't help me if I didn't have an online order. I can completely understand that you don't want to hold up the drive thru, but I knew exactly what I wanted, it was right behind her on the wall, and it would have taken longer to order it online than for her to just help me. I didn't get out of my car and come in like I normally do, because I saw that the drive thru was empty, and it meant I didn't have to get out of my car. I've had a total knee replacement, so I have pain in my knees, hips, and back from my military service.
Upon going in to the store, I expressed my dissatisfaction for the way I was treated, especially when I came in the store, and the SAME woman who refused to help in the drive thru, was STILL standing there looking at what I can only assume was Facebook or some other social media platform. Instead of doing her job, she'd rather look at her phone, and alienate a customer of YEARS, who has a platinum ambassador membership with the company I've spent so much money with them.
Thank you for showing me that I should never do business with you again. You clearly don't care about your customers, and you don't seem to care about the disabled veterans in your community either. Instead of helping someone, you'd rather inconvenience them and tell them "play by the rules" 𤣠I won't play by your punk a$$ rules, and you'll never get another dime from me. I hope thousands of people see this review also, so they understand that your company is less than reputable, and I got the SAME product, for CHEAPER at Greenlight Dispensary. I'll be shopping elsewhere going forward, and I encourage you to do the same. There's cheaper options, where you're treated like you matter as a customer...
Read moreIâve given this dispensary multiple opportunities before deciding what my review will be. Iâm choosing one star because the express mobile online ordering. For example, I placed an order four hours ago for one small item and it was never packaged. Also, they havenât been busy because I just left there and I was able to go back with no wait and still nobody was preparing my order. Also, online they are lacking product description you cannot rely on the product pictures because it will not be accurate and if you try to call and get any information over the phone they tell you we canât discuss that over the phone. I know the whole recreational thing is fairly new but come on. I asked them is it a law or something that you canât talk about inventory or products over the phone they said no itâs just dispensary policy seriously thatâs like calling target and asking if they have milk in stock and they say well we canât discuss that over the phone, do better update your inventory online to were each product has a description of quantity and milligram putting a picture of what the product looks like isnât good enough because you run into issues like I just experienced where online it shows a picture of what the product is but when you get to the dispensary itâs a completely different milligram, and since when is four hours not enough time to complete an online order for one item when they arenât even busy because when I was there, I looked at all the online orders, and there wasnât that many, and they had plenty of employees with only a few customers oh, and they are consistently out of product but if you go down the street to greenlight dispensary, they have full inventory...
Read moreThe staff are really nice except when you ask why the wait is so long, then you get the runaround about them being âunderstaffedâ and when you ask - as a customer with a vested interest - what they are doing about staffing, the immediate excuse was âI wouldnât know, Iâm new.â When you ask - as a vested customer- who would know about what plan they have for staffing, considering this location is always packed and there seems to always be a long, long wait, I was asked if I was looking for a job. Like no. But there are plenty of people out there who are unemployed and I have to believe they would love to work for the place they get their weed, so how hard is it to actually find staff? Or do they not really care because they are making enough profit (now that MO has gone recreational) to not be constantly looking to improve their customers experience and reduce their wait time. Like having not enough staff if is a good problem and an easy problem to fix with good management and scheduling. Why should customers suffer because management canât properly staff this busy Rangeline road location. Itâs a shame, because aside from the receptionists evasion over a simple question of how are you going to improve your customers experience, they are really nice and their product is inexpensive. I just this is not setting the standard for buying now. Will happily pay extra for shorter wait and more direct answers. Watch out for the chair in the âexpress pickupâ area. Itâs about to collapse and then what I do for a living - premises liability for a law firm- maybe will come into...
