We love The Station!
We've always been able to find fun gifts and things to remember our times in the desert. This trip was no exception, and probably the most unforgettable.
My wife and I were planning a wedding in the park, with a planned reception at an airbnb.
Well, the county started to crack down on large parties at airbnb, so we had to pivot. We thought The Station might be an interesting place to have the reception so we reached out to them. From the beginning working with Glen was great!
Flash forward to the DAY OF THE WEDDING - it's supposed to rain pretty much right when our ceremony is supposed to start. The Station came to our rescue. We were able to relocate the ceremony to the shop, and we even changed locations once we were there and the rain really started!
The whole time Glen and the crew stayed cool, and were masters of hospitality. They truly helped turn what could have been an incredibly stressful day in to something we will remember fondly forever.
Great shop. Great venue. Great people.
Thank you, The Station! Our blanket looks great on...
Read moreOh my goodness, where to start. Glen and Steve and two of the kindest, coolest humans we have ever encountered. Not only is The Station the dopest spot in Joshua Tree for the most awesome desert souvenirs, Glen and Steve also went completely out of their way to host our wedding after our venue canceled ten days before our event. They even closed an hour early for us to accommodate our plans. We were totally blown away by their compassion and kindness, and then again by how freaking awesome the Station was as a reception site. They have poured so much love and creativity into the Station, and it really shows. The Station has so much character and really feels like a piece of art on it’s own, all because of their vision. Thank you Glen and Steve, for everything. We cannot recommend the Station enough for any event! I would book them a thousand times over, book them today and be just as blown away...
Read moreSuper friendly cashier although I went there to get air in my tire but the machine was down. The person working said it’s been broken for two years! Seriously? That’s pretty sad because there’s only one other gas station that has air. So I decided to not buy my $17 worth of items and $60 worth of gas at this station. I gave my business to the station that maintained the air compressor that I needed. Because air is free people understand that a purchase is appreciated to get that free service so I know I’m not the only one. Either way it’s a nice building and store you would think they would take more pride in maintaining...
