Art Queen — Attraction in Joshua Tree

I stumbled upon Shari Elf’s shop and studio in pursuit of her crochet museum and am so glad I did. I had the pleasure of meeting Shari and she was kind enough to show me some of her current work. She has reproductions of some of her art on fabric and magnets for purchase at a very reasonable cost ($2-10). She also has art applied to upcycled clothing. One place we haven't visited in a long time in Joshua Tree, California, is the Art Queen. In the Art Queen is known for the World Famous Crochet Museum. Which is really a fun thing to look inside. I had a hard time finding this place. The entrance I went to is in the back in an alley, not facing the the highway.

Art Queen is an awesome place. Cool sculptures and artwork. Definitely worth the stop. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the art is very affordable.

Located close to gift shops and places to eat...this is a great intergalactic pit stop when exploring the Alpha Quadrant 🤘🏿👽🤘🏿...
