Amazing team and amazing service. I found myself on the unfortunate side of an iphone 6 in water incident. Sadly I was far behind on backing my phone up and had priceless images that I thought were gone forever.I left my phone in a bag of rice (common laymen solution) overnight in hopes that it would dry out and work in the morning. Yet when I woke in the morning, it wouldnt turn on. Every Apple store in the world will tell you that your phone is dead and you will need to purchase a new one. Well, those stores clearly do not have the talent or professionalism that can be found at Colbalt Computers.

When I called Cobalt in dire straits, the first person I reached was Beth. Beth was incredible! She helped calm me down and let me know not to lose hope! She explained they have fixed iphone's that have taken unexpected swims in the past and they would be happy to help with mine. I brought my iphone to them and they immediately went to work on it. They even opened it up and showed me the inside describing what was going on internally. Jason, the technician, was incredibly professional and informative. He explained that he would need to keep the phone overnight to ensure that it was completely dry before he worked on it.

Needless to say, the next day Beth (the nicest customer service person in the world) called me to let me know that my phone was alive and well thanks to Jason! I couldn't be happier! If you are looking for the best combination of service and ability, Cobalt Computers is the only...

I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but when the customer service is notably awful, one must act. i went in with simple questions regarding my macbook and iOS9, since I find it confusing, and the guy there frankly treated me as if I was stupid. i left unhappy and don't need to be patronized if I am not exactly tech savvy.

I do not appreciate being subtly chastised for not remembering the employee's name who was blatantly rude and condescending. Given your response, it seems the employee was simply emulating the management. I have been coming here for four years and love that I avoid the apple store and the crowds and waiting for 'TheBar" to assist me. With iPhone Fix its quick, affordable, and friendly, honest people helping you. Jason and his team have helped me tremendously. I honestly don't know how I would have been "back up and running" without the numerous times I have ran into the store with some emergency surrounding the laptops or phones. Beth is an angel and always is there to greet you with a smile and they go over and beyond for their customers. I even bought my kid's their first computer and iPad here and they helped me save a lot of money. Jason has even come out several times to service our home. They also offer the lessons one on one which really helped me understand how to operate all the great features, shortcuts & apps my new computer came with and the kids learned to operate new software programs for their homework and reports.
