I ordered 300$ of car audio equipment (speakers, amp, etc) online to be delivered to store because it was to be installed by the Geek Squad. I kept getting notices that I had to pick it up or the order would be cancelled even though it could not be installed until a later date. So I went to pick it up and I ended up having to cancel the order anyway and reorder it all because they could not find part of the order and could not make sense of the part that was there. The order had to be refunded and I had to purchase all the items again online to be reordered from the west coast, giant enclosed sub-woofer and all, even though it was sitting right there due to the fact I used PayPal Credit. I have no idea why it happened, the guys helping me were thoroughly confused about it all but very apologetic and considerate. Thankfully all the shipping was free but what a waste on their part because the sub-box and amp alone was a 49lb parcel that had to be shipped from L.A. What an experience. I'm having it installed finally next week, I'm praying the speakers I didnt have shipped to my house will be there.

We had researched what we wanted on line. Had picked out 3 items totaling around $1100. (2 TVs and a switch) Went in to physically look at them and then apply for the Best Buy credit card to finance it all. We walked in..... were NOT greeted by the guy at the door (he was on his phone). Walked past 3 other associates and was not acknowledged. We looked at the TVs and decided to purchase. (There was also another family there looking for help too) looked around and if u look at the pic I posted you'll see where the associate was. The whole time we were there he stood and watched the football game.... didn't even look towards anyone. We walked through the rest of the store (just looking) still no contact. Disgusted, we went to leave. As we headed out, the young man at phones acknowledged us. TOO late.... we'll spend our money elsewhere. (Btw...the guy at the door didn't say anything as we left either) maybe the store needs to close during the chief's games as it is pointless to go in there at that time

All the way to the back of the parking lot, took a left and was almost out of sight, when he came running back. He had shoplifted a phone case and was now running back towards the store. Did he have a change of heart? Nope. He ran up to a car parked right next to the store and got in on the passenger's side. The car took off. A couple of employees were standing outside watching... and got it all video taped- the guys face, license plate number, all of it. That wouldn't have happened had he not ran back to his ride. He did steal a phone case- did he not have a phone to let his accomplice know where he was? A call to the police and a video and you're caught. Don't try to rob a bank guys, you'll never make it. And thanks for the entertainment!

i got absolutely scammed by the att reps in store. however the best buy employees went above and beyond to try to resolve what att reps messed up for us. Lucas was amazing and helped us multiple days and stayed 2.5 hours past when he was supposed to be off and even helped on his day off. he was on the phone for hours with att trying to figure this out for us. he helped us get the best resolution we were going to get from att. Morgan also helped out tremendously and stayed past the time she was scheduled to try to help us out. nelson was super friendly and tried to help us the best he could as well. all three of them have great customer service skills!! that being said, best buy needs to stop allowing these att reps to come into their store and cause problems for their customers. the reps are trained to sell & that is all. they make it seem like it is all rainbows and sunshine. they cannot help when a single issue arises. they refer you to their "vip line," which is a complete joke. vip line told us to go back in store. when I informed the att rep of what the vip line said they continued to argue and say that's not right. I then proceeded to tell her to call for herself & what do you know... they told her the exact same thing they told me. they are all clueless. I dealt with this issue for LITERALLY 5 DAYS, for at least 7 hours each day. to top if off the att rep that was there for the last two days I dealt with this, named yolanda I believe, was back talking and refused to help the person she was supposed to be training. she was too busy trying to scam other people so she could get the commission she clearly needed so badly so she could pay for the 15 pounds of makeup she wears everyday. we walked out saying we were going to att to see if they would help us and she whispered under her breath "good luck they're not going to help you there." she's lucky my husband didn't tell me she said that until after we left. guess what? att resolved it for us! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ATT REPS AT BEST BUY OR TARGET. if you're going to purchase a phone at best buy do it through a best buy employee and do NOT let the att reps scan anything. they are not associated with att corporate they have their own scummy company...

Oh my where do I start. I swear I had to keep going back to this store at least 5 times for different tablets we bought from them. Customer service the 4th time was good. This last time was horrible. Simply horrible! Their tablets were crap!! Digiland and Acer brands are no good!! We also tried the Amazon Fire, the charging cord kept falling out! The manager tried telling me the very last time that he has an Acer tablet and has no issues with it. I'm sorry sir but that's besides the point here! I'm the customer and I'm having issues with the damn tablet!!! He tried to turn it on and swipe the open screen himself and couldn't! Their return policy is a joke as well. Pay the extra for worry free returns me a!!!!! I asked if they would discount an insignia tablet for ALL my trouble I'm having and with a straight face he said no. I said what my problems were again and he said no, absolutely not. I asked to speak with the manager above him and that guy was conveniently at lunch. I asked when he thinks he would return and the manager said yeah I dunno. I can't just go get him and ask him to help you with this. I said well ok then a**. The manager then walked away and I said I want to see how much of a refund I would get if I just wanted a refund. Well without even asking if that's exactly what I wanted they refunded the money. Fine by me!!! Good riddens!!! I'm sorry but it shouldn't take 5 times to get a correctly working tablet!!!! Now my daughter is beyond frustrated because we've tried and tried to get her a working tablet from this place and they have all been no good!!!! Customer service for the most part are just rude!!! And would you believe that not everyone in the store knows how to do customer service!!! I asked the rep so what happens when someone calls in sick or you need to use the restroom!!!! There would be no one to cover that person for the customer!!!! So there would be customers standing there waiting!!! Just plain bad business!!! Not to mention their website inventory DOES NOT match the...

Spent over an hour at Best Buy last Saturday to purchase a laptop for daughter starting college on Wednesday. Originally said laptop was in stock then could not find it. Set it up for delivery on Tuesday. Roadie picked up computer on Sunday and we were told would deliver by 6 pm Sunday. Driver never arrived. I called and questioned new ETA, told Tuesday. Tuesday at 4:30 pm received notification delivery was cancelled. Was told by Roadie driver is lost/missing and I had to contact Best Buy to fix. Contacted customer service and they said they had to wait for Roadie to confirm and it could not refund or send another driver to deliver. I then went to the Liberty Store to try to get a refund to purchase another computer and was told by the manager they are unable to do that and I have to wait 72 hours for Roadie to confirm and then it would be refunded. Store refused to refund my money or give me a replacement computer. Said I had to call their 888 number to get it resolved. The manager on duty and store personnel did not make any attempt to fix the situation.....they were totally focused getting me out of the store and telling me I hurt their feelings because I expressed anger for their failure to deliver and not provide refund. I called several times and waited on hold for a total of 3.5 hours. I spoke to several representatives who could not help at all and had very difficult understanding them because their call center reps are poorly trained and have trouble pronouncing words of the english language . I have seen several posts on Reddit and the Best Buy reviews and see this is a continuous problem with Best Buy. I have attempted to contact Vinny Julo, the General Manager, several times but have not received a call back. This feels like a scam and I will be contacting the MO Attorney General Consumer Affairs office for theft and...
