The lady at the register (I'll refrain from using names) wouldn't stop condescending us long enough to listen to why we were asking her to start our transaction over. We were very calm while we explained that our coupon was redeemed after the transaction had started, and that if she started over it would reflect on the rewards account. Instead of letting us finish our request she immediately cut us off and shut us down and said our coupon wouldn't work, and that if we really had a coupon on our account it would show up. We asked her to try again and she assured us it wouldn't work, as if implying we were trying to get one past her she was very dismissive and rude. At that point she should have involved a manager, yet completely handled the situation incorrectly. Once she heeded our advice and started over, the coupon worked. My last 2 experiences here have been very poor, and I don't think I will be returning. Read moreLet me start off by saying I LOVE noodles & co. and normally always have a great experience. However, last week my husband and I visited the Liberty restaurant. The lobby wasn’t very busy, but there were 3 or 4 parties that were sitting at tables waiting for their food when we got there. We submitted our order and proceeded to sit at a table and wait for our food. After an hour and a half the people in front of us still hadn’t received their food, so we knew we weren’t getting ours any time soon. Multiple people (including us) ended up leaving the establishment with no food and no refunds. Two girls that had been waiting had gone up to ask for a refund but the process took them about 15-20 minutes. We had somewhere to be so we told the guy working the cash register that we were leaving. I’m not sure what the problem was, as like I said, the lobby didn’t look too busy. Read moreWalked into store today, ordered 3 of the easiest dish (buttered noodles). I was in store waiting for my to go order. MANY people came in, ordered, and got their meals before me. LOTS of takeout orders came in and left during my 35 minute wait. I overheard the front desk girl say, “ you need to redo, you put seasoning on it” (which I ordered all 3 without. Nice, but tell me what’s going on, ask me if I would accept with seasoning. They just kept on making other orders. I walked out 35 minutes after I paid for my order. Had to heat up my dish when I got home because it was cold. Must have been the one they got right at first, and it sat there for 30 minutes. A manager never approached me to apologize, heck, even give me a cup for a free drink while I wait, nothing. I’m done with this location. Been getting orders from you for years.
