I had a powerful healing experience with Bri Cutler LMT. It was much more than your average massage. She has great healing energy and allowed me space to feel comfortable having emotional releases during our session. Her pressure was perfect for me and she tailored the massage to my needs. I had never met her before my service but I opened right up to her basically trauma dumping distressing events that were stuck in my body. She made me feel like it was ok to do that so we could let that junk go. Also I’ve been a massage therapist for 16 years so I’m hard to impress. She gave me exactly what my body and spirit needed. I respect her as a master of her craft after working with her. After my amazing massage I got my eyebrows tinted and shaped by Afton. She also did a great job and was very professional. I was still an emotional hot mess during that service and Afton navigated my high emotions well too. I thought the establishment was clean, nicely designed, and welcoming. I was impressed by Dottie who was working front desk as well. She had a calming and creative energy to her. Everyone was so gentle and sweet to me in my time of need. First time visiting the store, have heard so many great things and we were excited to check it out while Christmas shopping. Came in with my wife and three kids. Our kids (ages 8, 6 and 5) were with us as we shopped and were periodically showing us items they thought were neat (including coloring books), when an employee called out loudly from the register to our kids (with 5 or so other customers in the store) that this a “look not touch store”. Mind you, my kids had not done anything different than we or the other customers had done, but regardless it was unnecessary to call out our kids in front of the rest of the store, or to even address them directly at all. If there was a concern then they could have politely come to us. As the owner of a retail business I know how every customer interaction has the power to leave a positive or a negative impact. This was our first and likely last time visiting. Our kids were not rowdy, wild, or breaking anything (and if they had we would have course paid for it), not to mention that this wasn’t like some wildly high end store. These aren’t expensive one of a kind antiques. She takes her time, she carries out a balanced treatment so every aspect of the service felt harmonious and dreamy. She has the most calming energy and even asked if there were any boundaries I wanted to set before she started the service, which I felt was such a mindful question to ask and one I’ve never been asked before in an esthetics setting.
