This place used to be amazing with customer service and not so good on organization. Now it’s flip flopped. It’s much more organized and easier to find things- however customer service has tanked. I went in today to try to return a small portion of a large online order. 3 associates including a manager tried to tell me they could absolutely not do a return without the packing slip. I had the order number, confirmation email and everything. Along with tags still on all the items. One mentioned giving me store credit but the manager shot it down. According to their own return policy I should have been able to get store credit and also been able to provide my confirmation email. So there were multiple ways they could have accepted my return with minimal critical thinking skills. They refused both. I don’t understand how not even one out of three associates could figure out to help me. They have zero knowledge of their own return policies! I love shopping at Marshall’s but these people need some serious training!!! I thought I was out like $40. Now I have to make another trip into the store with 3 kids in tow to present my case and provide education myself like a regular...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this Marshalls location on July 6th, 2025, around 8 PM. A new female employee treated me and my companion with extreme disrespect. From the moment we entered the store, she constantly stared at us as if we were going to steal something. It was very uncomfortable and insulting. We paid for everything we bought yet she continued to treat us with suspicion and arrogance. I’ve shopped here before and always had great service, but this time was completely different. I thought the store looked unusually "tired" this time but it might be just because its the end of the season and we are amidst a pandemic. I noticed there wasn't the usual bunch of new arrivals that usually catch your eye when you walk in the store. And, the clearance items looked like they had been there for a while and the marked down prices weren't that enticing or lucrative for what was there.
