Big disappointment, was astonished. You're gonna see me complain about staff a lot but it really wasn't their fault; I'll elaborate below. So long as you avoid Laser Tag and Go Karts, you should have a good time but man this was deflating. Here's three big issues I had:

Laser Tag The door to the attraction makes it look like it's closed; a sign says staff will be with you shortly but it was 20min before the door opened and even then there was no staff, just people exiting. Went in, room was almost pitch black, no instructions, nowhere to put your stuff. Tried putting on a vest and it didn't fit, turned out there are buckles on the sides but we couldn't see them without a flashlight. Gun was so tightly attached to the best I could barely point it forward.

So I get my stuff on, and walk down the hall behind some folks, almost everyone else ran ahead. Still no staff. BAM I'm tagged. We already started? I'm already out? I walk back to the entrance and the door is locked. Okay? I turn around, walk back until I get to the arena and BAM I'm hit again. So what, I'm not out? We have lives? What's the deal? After hiding and waiting a few moments I try firing my gun and get no feedback. Try shooting at folks and get no feedback. Then I notice there're actually two cords coming out of the gun and one of them has a plug; my gun wasn't plugged in. Seriously? So I try again, keep getting tagged, can't hit anything because you can't aim down the sights with it strapped to your chest. Eventually I found out you can just hold the trigger for rapid fire, I think I ended up hitting two people. Then the match ended. Cool, how do we get out of here again? Me and four strangers followed the exit signs and they just led us in circles, eventually a staff member found us and led us out, just had to ignore the exit signs? The cherry on top, when I shined a light on to take off the vest, I found that the gun has a latch you can use to detach it from the vest and aim. They need to do equipment checks and give instructions, was awful.

Go Karts Line took thirty minutes just to get in; I got into the car in the front, and spent five minutes figuring out the straps (was also borderline pitch black, only lights were UV). Suddenly a staff member comes up to me and says the others have been waiting for me to go. No safety check on a go-kart? I hit the gas, nothing. Staff raises their voice, I tell em I'm hitting the pedal and nothing's happening. Kart wasn't on, they forgot. I get on the track, it's a decent time. With no instruction other than "don't swerve and don't stop" I'm nervous about turning the corners because the pedal has no range, just stop and go.

Then as I'm rounding a corner a kid that barely cleared the height requirement and looked maybe 7yo slams me into a wall. Everybody's forced to stop as the staff comes out to pull us back so we can turn away from the wall. Restart, kid thinks it'd be funny to slam into me again so I just stop and let him pass, he keeps slamming into others and really should've been removed. Ride ends, kid decides to keep stopping in front of others on the way to park so they slam into him. Karts really need an age requirement, not just height.

Here's the thing. I spoke to 5 different staff, and I won't specify which ones to protect them from possible retaliation. Working there sucks!!!

Nobody's allowed to sit down during upwards of 9-hour shifts aside from their breaks. Even if most of the job is just standing there, not even a fatigue mat! Pay sucks, and their discount at the overpriced food area is so small they're still paying premium pricing. Utterly shameful on the part of management; a 10% discount on the cheapest meal is like $12.50 and it's just bread and cheese, MAYBE $4.00 of ingredients if you highball.

So yeah, screw the management here. Staff are overworked, underpaid, undertrained, ripped off, and denied even basic accomodations. The value here is -really- good but perhaps they should raise prices if they can't treat employees well. Or more likely,...

Reserved a birthday party with dedicated host. Upon arrival saw that the party room has 4 tables available (each with two tables together). There were only two parties, one other than ours). Yet, they put both parties right next to each other rather than spacing us out on opposite ends for social distancing. I saw that the open table next to us had a reservation at 3 which would have been after our party ended at 2 and we could have been spaced out away from the other party in the room.

Secondly I had paid to have a dedicated party host which on the website says will be there to help “facilitate with food and passes”. This did not happen. The host only took my drink order and brought the first round of pitchers. You then have to bring the pitchers up to the counter to get your own refills. When I went to the food counter I advised them I wasn’t sure where my host went and the reservation is almost over and we have not cut our cake yet. They told me “well didn’t your host get you your drinks?” So I guess this is all you get with the dedicated host is a set up table and first round of drinks brought to your table. You have to go get your own cake plates and knife. You have to go get your own passes and facilitate your own food. I had asked for extra plates that came too late for some guests to be able to eat. I also noticed my “dedicated host” doubled as a cashier for the activity passes table outside of the party room. Perhaps the reason for not actually having a dedicated party host is due to short staffing, which is understandable but should be upfront in regards to party reservation availability with a host.

My party host was very friendly when she came to get the drink order but just not really dedicated to my party. I would have been better off just bringing my own decorations and not paying extra to have a party host as I feel I spent most of the party time running around getting plates, drinks, utensils, and passes for guests.

Another reason for this review is that when I called the girl who answered told me when booking a party you get 10% off activity passes and game card purchases. She even calculated for me what the 3 hour activity passes would be at 10% off per child ($22.50). Upon arriving the cashier advised me it is actually only game passes that get a discount with the birthday party. I realize this is what it also reads on the website now but was advised differently over the phone. The girl also told me each child would receive a goody bag but there was only one goody bag for the birthday child.

Overall loved all the attractions and kids had a blast playing. Just disappointed in regards to the party...

We went back in August of 2022, when we first went we took our three kids here and they loved the bumper cars and laser tag. Before we left we went to the ball pit. We read the sign in the front of the gate that was basically a liability waiver. We really weren't too worried but it was so busy and there was ZERO direction at all! The main thing was kids continually jumping, swinging and running in with tons of other kids in the way. Our focus was our kids safety. We were keeping a very close eye on all of our kids. I went to help one of my kids go jump off, and I see a kid with their face so bloody I couldn't see the face at all. I screamed in literal horror trying to find the parent. Unfortunately it was my kid! Not a single damn adult was worried and watched my kid walk from the bottom of the stairs to the side step and didn't say a damn thing! ( I know this because there was a blood trail) Once I realized it was my kid, I was so so grateful for an off duty nurse; she helped me carry him to the bathroom and clean him up. I was passing out multiple times from the shock and another medical condition I have. This lady, kept me calm as much as possible, got my husband, argued with the staff about getting me a free water. She helped stop the bleeding on my son's head, another person WENT TO THEIR CAR to get bandages. RUSH didn't even have a simple first aid kit on hand! Once we got ourselves somewhat calmed down and collected, the manager came and gave us a three hour free coupon, and that was it! (To give context of the situation a bit, I thought this was three free hours for the hospital) What had happened was my son slipped down the stairs and had quite the gauge in his forehead. On that sign there is nothing about having to wear grippy socks. At the end of the day we chalked this up to an accident, however when we went back it was nothing but problems.

We agreed as a family to only do the arcade, laser tag and bowling. We had a problem with the voucher they gave us. They thought it was fake, and continued to argue with us. Then we did bowling I expressed multiple times that we wanted bowling shoes, they had plenty available. They refused to give us any, even after I said two of us had sandles on. They simply didn't care. That was the moment for us that we knew we wouldn't come back, zero safety standards are in place at all! Zero first aid kit! It's...
