Last post is pretty old. Recently ordered a burrito and had it delivered. Not much has changed. This location just can't seem to get an order right. Pretty simple. Read the ticket. Add the items requested to the meat wad. Roll it up. Put it in the bag. Got someone else's burrito in my bag. The sticker on the wrapper had entirely different blend of ingredients than what still shows up on my ticket. Literacy issue? No attention to detail? I don't know what advice to give. And then don't get me started about DD. You have to pay up front. Including the tip. If they screw up the delivery they already have your money. Then, be my guest, try and submit a complaint. These apps. They are not interested in improvement, just taking your money.
This is for anyone who thinks, "Hey this dork only gives 5 star reviews". Usually if a place ticks me off, I enforce a cool down period on myself to maintain my objectivity.....then I sometimes forget to do the review. When I'm happy about an experience I usually rush to post a review. Perspective. Now, I've seen a bunch of reviews for this Chipotle location complaining about slow service. I have placed orders here both for delivery and for pickup. The delivery orders are always satisfactory. Chipotle food is one of my faves and the quality of the food has never been an issue for me here. But for times like yesterday when I placed an online order for pickup, the service was unsatisfactory.... and has been before. I placed an order and arrived a few minutes past the pickup time from my email confirmation. Agree with others' comments on the pickup rack. It's always empty. Has to be due to dirtbags running off with orders that don't belong to them. I get that. But then you have to make the pickup line your priority when they're standing there in my opinion. Yesterday, I waited my turn like a good little robot. But then I was the only one left in line and still ignored by the person at the register... They were very busy. That was apparent. But the walk-ins had now passed me up with their food and I was standing there like a moron. Finally, the manager came and asked whether I'd been helped. I explained. And I'm sure I came off more than a little annoyed...because I was. They had lost my order in their chaos. They immediately made it up and gave it to me. I asked whether I'd placed the order incorrectly or something, manager said no and correctly apologized; explaining that they had just been very busy and it got overlooked. Didn't make me any happier. BUT HERE'S WHY I GAVE 3 STARS: No excuse for poor management of staff/resources/volumes. That's what managers are for. This site is clearly understaffed. But also the best laid plans often fail. Humans. At least this manager did the right thing with a no excuse situation. Apologized and offered a free entree or side or drink to make up for the inconvenience. So 1 star for the service and 5 stars for the manager's handling of the situation. 3 overall. ...
Read moreThumbs down...I'm 2 seconds away from letting Chipotle have its salmonella chicken and its cancer bowls because I'm tired of feeling like poo when I leave. It's all mainly because of one worker that's not nice at all and she seems to always cheat me out of ingredients in my bowl. Every other customer in line (before and after me) ends up with nice, healthy satisfying burrito bowls, but me. It's not in my head it's happened like 4 times at this location (with burritos and burrito bowls) and my friends and family have noticed as well that their bowls are prepared much nicer than mine. I'm always nice and smile and say hello, before I start my order, then I have to beg for 1 spoonful of beans, because this little old lady will literally scoop a full spoon and then pour half of it out before it makes it to my bowl. AND SHE'S NEVER OFF WORK! She's always there no matter what time of day I go.The other workers are much nicer than THIS ONE. They're polite and seem to make my bowl with love and respect. But somehow she's always the one making my bowl. So I think I'm done with this location, or maybe Chipotle in general because I think it's something going on whether personal, racial, sexist, or just plain being mean and it literally stresses me out going in there. Or I can stop being nice and become the loud, ghetto mean, black, woman that apparently this lady wants me to be. And that's really a greater issue...maybe she wants to demean me and just make me beg and seem like some little hoodrat that wants to get over on extra scoops of rice (which is a cheap ingredient by the way). But I won't let her do that, I will just stop patronizing your location. Because you know where I don't have this problem: MOD Pizza, Zaxbys, Subway, Panda Express, or my own kitchen. So I got options lady....I...

Today there was plastic in our food. I bit down on something hard that slipped through my teeth and cut my gums causing it to start bleeding... They now have plastic in their food! Rude service used to be the main problem at this location but now I'm concerned about health and what is in my food.
While the service has gotten better since I complained, certain employees still give dirty looks to me because they know I have complained.
Original Review:
I eat at this location every other day because its close to my home. 90% of the time my experience here is great but there are a few older Mexican ladies that work here that are bad apples! They treat customers like dirt, I have let it slide up to this point but they finally made me snap after continuous rude treatment to my wife and I. They put insanely small portions on and when you ask for more they will roll there eyes and speak in Spanish to each other, they make you feel very uncomfortable! My wife and I are tired of receiving dirty looks and comments from these two employees. It's like clockwork, if they are working there will be trouble. I was given one small pinch of cheese today from one of these employees and when I asked for extra she added one more very small pinch, this was maybe half of the normal amount of cheese they usually put on. I again asked for extra cheese only to be given a dirty look and scolded. The cashier stepped in and said you are only allowed one ounce of cheese, I replied that I still do not even have an ounce of cheese and that how would she know because there is no measuring cup? In the picture below you will see the three separate scoops of cheese. So the middle scoop is supposed to be one ounce? I'm one more bad experience away from not going to...
