I picked up a doordash from here last night and I'm still taken back from the experience that I had. I've picked up from here a handful of times and every time I've entered the restaurant and proceeded to the pickup counter just like 90% of restaurants that use the apps. The employees did not greet me when I initially walked in or headed to the counter, I didn't think much of it since they were helping in store customers. At the point that they were done helping in-store customers and we're just making drinks I assumed I would at least get greeted. It took almost 10 minutes for one of them to finally say hi to me so then I asked if I could get some help. I showed them the mobile order I was picking up and the name and they wanted to educate me and tell me that I should have entered the regular line. Then they told me that I should have told them that I needed assistance. They couldn't admit that they were wrong to not greet a guest when they even walked in the store let alone to let them stand there for over 10 minutes picking up a mobile order. I've just decided I'm not going to pick up any more orders from this restaurant because I'm so uncomfortable after the experience I had yesterday. They continued to argue with me about how a guest should act to receive help from employees that's completely wrong I'm in my 30s and I've worked in customer service for more than...
Read moreLONG POST AHEAD. I have come here for years and recently this place has gone downhill. Today was an especially awful experience. To begin the line was out the door and it took 30 minutes just for me to be able to order. I believe this is due to the cashier being new and a busy Sunday is not the day to have a new hire alone on the registers. The poor girl was so stressed she was breaking out in hives. As I was waiting for my drink I witnessed two separate customers orders be wrong because the cashier rang them up wrong and instead of simply remaking their orders the employees making the drinks stated they had to be RANG UP AGAIN and wait again?!? That’s absolutely absurd and I surely hope that is not company policy. Also after I got my drink I tripped and dropped mine before even putting my straw in and asked for a remake to which I was also told that I would need to be rang up again as well. I’m my case I understand a little more however if my drink was dropped because of another person running into me, or a mat being flipped would I also have to pay again?? This is why people go to Starbucks. Remakes and order corrections with no extra charge or questions asked. I highly recommend you have adequate staffing for busy weekends and reevaluate some...
Read moreSo when I came in with my friends, everything was fine, super cute spot, the staff seemed friendly. Then some guy was complaining about his drink, demanding a refund, and me and my friends were just so shocked cuz he was really overreacting, anyways, I ordered an almond milk tea and an original milk tea, waited a few minutes and then they gave me a lavender tea. I was just confused because I hate lavender milk tea and ordered Almond, not lavender. I told the workers that I had actually ordered Almond and they kept saying that I told them Lavender 😭😭, like I usually don’t make a fuss about stuff like this because I work in customer service and hate when this happens but I always admit my faults, and they didn’t, they just made faces and I could feel the whole room tense up after that, it was just very uncomfortable and I don’t understand why they had to react like I was weird or something, definitely not going there again if thats how the workers treat...
