I have never been so impressed and satisfied with any computer repair business in my life. I was ready to have a nervous break down over all the complications I received from the popular cell phone company. I went to wow wow computer repair shop located behind Quick Trip on nw Englewood Rd. The owner was so good and worked wonders with my phone. He disagreed with what I was told at the cell phone place and just wrnt to town figuring out what was really wrong with my phone and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. He was so informative with all he was doing so I would understand ever step He was taking so I would understand what had caused my phone to not work properly. I'm disabled and am alone alot, in the country. I have to have a phone in case I have medical emergencies. I just can't say enough for this computer repair company but most of all, the pleasant person there that went way above to make sure I understood what was wrong with my phone and how he was getting it fixed for me. It took 2 months, blood sweat and tears and mostly the amazing overnight wizardry of Wow Wow Wireless! Oh my gawd-I’m so thankful for them! Shantell over there was the sweetest and such a personably kind person to be tended by! She didn’t get my hopes up, she went above and beyond, and delivered beyond my expectations. The team at Wow wow deserves all the accolades! I know cell repair stores can by a bit one off or unnerving to know if they really can fix things or not but Wow Wow Wireless was well Wow! We spent 3 days with Walmart, Verizon, and straight talk and ended up buying three phones instead of one trying to get one to work. We threw our hands in the air and went to Wow Wow wireless hoping they could help. They were incredibly helpful and had my phone unlocked and running in under 10 minutes.
