Our experience with them was very disappointing. While they did refund half the total bill, we ultimately didn’t get what we ordered. Apparently they waited till the last minute to order the main greenery for my daughters wedding. When it arrived the day before, it was the wrong greenery and didn’t match ANYTHING else. They didn’t tell us! It was just a horrible surprise the day of wedding an hour before the ceremony. I had greenery at home I could have taken in. We had planned the whole wedding around that particular greenery, being a mountain/cedar theme, it was just poor planning on their part and against their written policies on their own contract I might add. To add insult to injury, everything they made started falling apart before the wedding even started. Very very...

#sad. this has always been my "go to" place for flowers (special occasions and "just because"). This year it seems there game is off and I am 0-2 on purchases. Purchase #1 was a delivery, ordered on a Thursday to be delivered the following Monday. Day one they looked spectacular, Day two they looked like they had been taken off someones grave. Chalked it up to ordering too soon. Purchase #2 I went in and found something nice in the glass case (have had a high degree of success with that). Diva’s is more than my go-to floral shop. They’re a family tradition. My grandmother, a local florist for decades, came to know and love the amazing staff at Diva’s and delighted in visiting the shop as often as she could. When she passed away last month, they created the most gorgeous arrangement in her memory. Their flowers are always fresh and outlast all others.
