Read moreNot sure about others who work their but Moses is one guy you should stay away from. When I went in to open a business bank acc around 1st week of April 2016, he came upto me being very sweet, makes you comfortable, offer you various stuff BUT once you are done opening the account, you no longer exist for him. I was told that I will be getting 1st lot of free checkbooks with account opening. NEVER ARRIVED. Went into the bank twice after that, called him (Moses) as he confirms that I have resent the application, asked for overnight shipping, etc etc - FALSE PROMISES, cheques never arrived. 3 months passes by but the cheque books never arrived. P.S.- Most of times you call, either he is away for lunch, with a customer, not in office, etc. etc Leave a message and your call never gets returned.
Then eventually you call up the customer service and request the cheque book but they charge you $58.00 for it, saying we work differently than branch.

But Reps and the manger in this branch is super rude and not willing to help!. They have notary service and they denied notarizing and told me to read the Notary book of State of New Jersey before you come here for such service. I spoke to the Manger Elaine who was at the lunch break at 3pm said the same thing that they cant notarize my documents even though they offer that service.
