If you have a question or a problem with your Verizon device or service don't bother with this store. I went in to see about cancelling my contract due to lack of service and was treated horribly. Verizon's policy is that if you are experiencing any problems with service where you live, you are eligible for cancellation without paying the cancellation fee if the techs at Verizon cannot help you get the service you're paying for.
After 20 minutes at this store, I got nowhere. The woman 'helping' me knew nothing about the policy and talked to me like I was an idiot. The service was highly unprofessional, and not to mention that the store manager was standing next to her and didn't correct her misinformation and allowed her to continue talking to me like I was a moron.
After leaving the store I immediately called Verizon Customer Service and they were able to help me and waived my fee because it's stupid to have to pay $100 a month for service I couldn't use.

Read moreMy review starts with four months back I went to the other Verizon store in the Walmart plaza. I do not recommend doing that for sure. I ended up at the wireless zone and a wonderful woman was so helpful and patient with all of my questions and upgrading my phone and getting the accessories I wanted. I can’t remember her name but she works at many different Verizon stores!
Fast forward to this past week- Came in to add a line to my family plan. We were fortunate enough to have both Kay and Phil helping us with a damaged phone, trading in other phones, and adding our line with a new phone. They worked as a great team together! Kay even took the time to help my sister with retrieving her gmail stuff after everything was over.
