I have bought DTC products since way before they had a brick a mortar store in Georgia, maybe any brick and mortar store. Had to order for years. Drove up to the Kennesaw store today from two hours away to be told I have to wear a mask to shop. I kindly advised them I have a medical condition which prohibits my use of a mask. I was then told by a young female (name unknown, so I have to describe her) with blue hair that it didn't matter, the store was private property and I had to leave. When I asked if she was familiar with "Public Accommodations" as referred to in Title II of the Civil Rights Act she became a bit angry and said again that this is private property and I had to leave, even if I had medical condition. I asked for a manager and she told me the store had no manager. I asked her for any manager and she said I could talk to the district manager. I asked for his information to be written down and she told me to look it up on the internet. I asked for his name and was given the name Clay, no last name. Afraid that this was my last visit and purchase, as well as my family's business. Have been a fan before they were popular, hate that it ends this way. She did call the police but by the time they arrived I had finished looking, but did wait at the door to explain to policeman my side of this issue. He did tell her that she could ask me to leave, but could be sued for asking me to leave, so at least he knew a bit more than she did regarding Federal Law. Read moreI can't say ENOUGH good things about the staff here! So we went for the free undies thing Saturday and not only did we get a free pair, but each got 20% off coupons to be used then also. So we bought a few things and hubby got the wrong sized pants thus I had to go back on Monday. They only had 1 of the 2 colors in the correct size which I was telling the cashier and she gave me their customer service # (after having looked the camel color up in her system showing that they did have them in the warehouse) and suggested that I call them and they would honor both the in-store clearance price and probably the 20% off coupon! WHICH THEY DID!!! I called today and they are shipping and also, Cole asked if I needed anything else and I said that if they could still honor the sale price and the 20% coupon I would like to have another shirt - different color - from the one that I bought Saturday and thankfully they did have it and he honored those prices! And I got free shipping since it was over $50! Amazing customer service - not once ounce of hesitation or irritation - just wonderful from the in-store staff to the 800 staff! I just love...
Read moreLOOOOOVE this place. I’ve had no problems going in and trying on clothes. No problems in regards to my ordering on-line. No problems switching out sizes in person for items bought on-line. The employees have always been very helpful and pleasant to talk with. I’ve bough 5 things from them in the past couple of weeks. I’ll be purchasing much more from them in the future. I was very shy at first because of the price but they are MORE than worth it for the products and shopping experience. No complaints from me whatsoever.
UPDATED: I tried to get some of the holiday sales today but was told that wasn’t welcome. I have some major health related problems with wearing a mask. Apparently, there is a new manager and have since changed their policies and no longer respected my health needs. I’m super disappointed because as you can tell from my above post I really liked this place, the staff, and have been recommending them. I guess all good thing come to an end. I won’t be shopping here again until the can respect my health needs...
