Lakeshore Pedal Tours — Attraction in Kenosha

This was the second time we did the Pedal Car Tour. Met at the Rutz Puzzle House, a friendly neighborhood bar. Captain Will did a great job and was very friendly and fun. The tour car was clean but not all the seat belts worked. Our first tour 2 years ago was well planned with designated bars that were expecting us and welcoming and had drink specials for our group, this tour I felt was not planned well by the pedal tour. We were not from the area and not familiar with bars in the area and was counting on the company to have a route of bars. We did go to Champions Sports Bar which was the best! The owner Art, Bartender Dave and all customers were very friendly and welcoming. Antonio and Lisa were the best! We returned to the bar after the tour and celebrated more. Union Park Tavern's bar tender made us delicious green tea shots, Paddy O's Pub was a quick stop with a fun bartender, Fec's Place was a little uptight for our group. Did have difficulty getting replies to emails to confirm tour when it got closer. Booked 5 months in advance and wanted to be sure our group of 9 was still reserved. First of all, I contacted her several times, and she didn’t get back to me. Then, on the night of the pedal tour, I received a text that it was going to be 15 minutes late. Then I received a phone call that the motor broke. Very disappointing! I heard from another person in our group that the motor broke for them as well, last month. We did the pedal tour this past weekend for my bachelorette and had the absolute best time! Captain Mike was the BEST. When it started to rain a little bit, he offered to put the plastic siding down so we wouldn’t get wet, but we opted for a little bit of rain and called an audible on our playlist and jammed to “It’s Raining Men!” Captain Mike stopped at a few bars and great places for photo ops.
