I had the pleasure of meeting and shopping with Mardik, on my second visit. Wow what a phenomenal guy. Mardik went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He helped me pick out the perfect Diamond Band prefect match for a Diamond Ring of mine. I also purchased a beautiful Tennis Bracelet at an affordable price. Mardik was extremely patient with all of my questions, and indecisiveness. He was also very invested in me and my needs by explaining in great detail about diamonds and the industry, and all of the different qualities and brands they sell and hand make on site.

We brought my wife's engagement ring in to be serviced just before our tenth anniversary. The owner was to restore the milgraining on the ring, and the rhodium plating, tighten the diamonds in their settings, and replace one tiny diamond that had fallen out of the band. The owner promised the ring would look as good or better than new when he was finished with it. When we returned to pick up the ring, we noticed that the milgraining had not been restored. We pointed this out and the owner agreed to do it on the spot. He took it away for a few minutes and returned with the ring and we paid and left. When we got home, we noticed that the milgraining was very roughly done - not at all delicate like the ring had been originally. Also, the rhodium plating on the white gold around the milgraining had come off so you could see the yellowish gold underneath. Also one of the prongs on the center diamond was now noticably taller than the others. We brought all this to the owner's attention and he agreed to redo the plating and fix the tall prong, which he did, free of charge. However, even after paying roughly $600, I still had a hard time convincing myself that the ring didn't actually look worse than before we brought it to him. Most disappointing of all, one of the diamonds in the setting, which had been just fine for over ten years, fell out just six months after being "tightened" at this shop. I would not bring...

My fiancé bought me the most perfect and beautiful engagement ring... well almost perfect since it was so big it fell off my finger. I had planned on taking it to where he bought it to get it sized, complimentary. (It’s a well known eco conscious company, not mentioning the name). They told me it would take 3-4 weeks to have it sized. Worse than that, I read multiple reviews on Google and BBB of people’s nightmare stories of getting their rings sized or serviced and the ring getting lost or damaged. I didn’t want to take that risk and I didn’t want to wait that long to get my ring back... I just got engaged, why would I? After reading the outstanding reviews for Kensington Jewelers, I decided to give them a try. Mardik was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He answered my many questions with patience and assured me my ring would be in good hands. He even talked me into going down smaller than I thought I should (2 whole sizes). Mardik called me the very next day and had my ring ready. I was so nervous the ring would look different or be too small but he was right! My ring looked beautiful, couldn’t even tell it had been changed and the size he suggested is actually perfect!
