Kingdom Escape Games — Attraction in Key Largo

This is the single worst escape room I have ever been too. First of all the room we did, the dungeon had little to no working puzzles. Everything that we did was seemingly correct but was wrong due to faulty, or unesscarily difficult operation of puzzles. Most of these puzzles I assume were automatically opened by the Game master, for which we waited up to 2 mins for the door to open or for a thing to happen. Once we got out of the room the smell of weed coming off the Game master, and Control room was faint, but noticeable. This is minor, but the game master thoughout our entire experienced came off as “better than us” for some strange reason and kept slightly suggesting this to us. The puzzles didn’t open not because of our incompetence but because of the state of mind our game master was in. Another notable aspect that made this room bad, bleakness. The room is very poorly themed. With little to no things there to add simply for element. But on top of it all was the entrance into the room. The room has two rooms. You enter from the second into the first . So the entire suprise aspect of the second room is ruined. Overall pretty bad experience especially for $38 dollars a person, if given the opportunity I would love to get a refund, which I couldn’t ask of the person on duty because he...

Very upsetting and frustrating experience! Tried to call before booking a 4:30 experience and the phone number listed went straight to voicemail, arrived at the location to check if anyone was there that could help but the door was locked and no one answered the door after ringing the doorbell several times and knocking. However, all the lights were on and we could hear music playing inside. After trying to contact them for over 30 minutes we gave up and decided to spend our day elsewhere. EDIT* the owner contacted me and apologized and explained that they were having technical difficulties with their phones and that they would resolve this for the future and was very apologetic for the situation and even offered a free game but unfortunately we live hours away and wouldn’t be able to...

We love doing escape rooms when we vacation. This was definitely our favorite so far! Our game guide, Jakal was awesome from our arrival to the end of our visit. The puzzles were great, some more challenging than others so there is something for everyone. We managed to rescue the dragon's eggs with only about a minute to go. We will definitely do another room here. If you've considered doing an escape but are on the fence about it, DO IT! It is a great activity for families, friends, or co-workers as a team building exercise. We have fun working together to solve the puzzles and laughing at ourselves when we realize we were way off track. It is all part of the experience. Go and...
