Great service and never full; you can always expect to order quick and easy, in a span of 10 minutes. If you plan on dining in, there will always be seats available, especially during lunch rushes. Their boba teas are wonderful; I personally recommend their Peach Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls. It's on the sweet side, so be mindful of that. I also ordered their grilled chicken bowl and it was amazing. It's a great lunch portion, and is very enjoyable with YumYum sauce. Plan for about a 10 minute wait. We’ve been loyal local customers for years, but the customer service has gotten unbelievably bad. The employee we dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional, and instead of addressing our concerns, she kept brushing us off and telling us to “talk to the manager.” The dark skinned employee got very loud and use unprofessional language and The manager’s lack of interest made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. In Key West for the day and omg! So thankful to find this gem! I am from Houston so i have high standard for foods especially fusion/asian foods.

Everything was so delicious! The smoothies was so fresh and healthy. Not too sweet, just perfect the way they were and so refreshing! My sister got her less sweet and love it but i like mine original sweetness. For reference, i like medium sweet level (asian level 😁).

Green free and sunny orbit were my favorite. Sister got new life (no sugar)and she liked it but i couldn’t take it without sugar.
