Customer service told a customer to sign his Check before even looking at it and then she could not figure out how what to do and in my situation i work with computers extensively and have been a manager, its unprofessional to tell a customer its not working because .the employee doesnt know what to do. So the check is worthless because one its already signed!!!!!! They said under 500 dollars check was only 460 but still refused. I have tried over the years to cash checks and to no avail the employee refuses/lies about their skill knowledge thus complicating us by the way The customer service rep was Loretta. We called a manager and the manager could not speak english. A customer had to call me to translate which wasnt able to happen because since she couldnt explain in english so she Says she cant do anything!!!! Im tired of employees denying service because they are not trained right or know a procedure.
Its like CVS in stock island, I know the money machines because im a software engineer and just to pay some in jail the software in the system organisez that with "The Paying Bills " Categorization. I know this because i had to sterninly tell an employee to please be quiet and just listen. I told him to select pay bills then the customers name will appear....And then I was able to pay. But meanwhile i'm running back an forth or told the machines are down when they are lying. This is a key west Disease that disgust me.!!!!!!!!!
Publix you have no excuse why u cant train employees their are hundreds of ppl willing to work there and learn. Just imagine i'm trying to buy food and cashier tells me they cant void or due the card...so i what do i do just leave????
Customers should not be training employees. Stop Hiring people who lie on their resumes, stop hiring cousins, stop hiring illegals. We are all part of a system. I don't mind if the manager speaks another language what is the problem is when you can't speak any english. When i work I have to respect customers and i have to do what i can to...

He found one can. Price was 2 for $4.00. I was in need of 3 more. He stated their were no more. I thanked him. I went up to Customer service, got in line & after a few minutes, Chrissy asked me ( she was waiting on another customer) if I had a ?. I said yes. I asked if I may have a "rain ✔️"? She advised me no longer available since Covid. She asked what I needed. I advised Libby's canned Pumpkin, (3) cans. She then asked me if the worker had scanned to see if any were available. I said "No". Now, the whole time she was also assisting the other customer. She then scanned, & found 73 cans of Libby's Pumpkin. She asked Jaime (a lady) that I needed help. Jaime, was helping another customer & advised us that as soon as she returned from taking his order outside; she would be happy to help me. I thanked both Chrissy & Jamie. I advised them, I had plenty of time to wait. After a few minutes, Jamie returned, greeted me with a smile & advised me it would be a "Pleasure" to help me. Chrissy, the advised reference the 73 Pumpkin cans available. Jamie, asked how many did I needed; I stated 3. She smiled & went to bring me what I needed. I thanked, both Jamie & Chrissy. Read moreI have been a loyal Publix shopper for decades, consistently choosing your stores for their reputation for quality products and exceptional service. Unfortunately, I am compelled to write this review due to a noticeable and concerning decline in standards at this location. My primary issues are twofold: store cleanliness and checkout accuracy. On multiple recent visits, the deli area has been in a state that I can only describe as unsanitary, with food debris scattered on both counters and floors. This is a recurring issue, not a one-time oversight, and it falls far below the high standards Publix has always set for itself. Furthermore, I have been repeatedly frustrated by persistent errors with "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions at the register. On four separate occasions, these items have been incorrectly charged at full price. When I brought this to the attention of a night manager, my concerns were dismissed, and the blame was immediately shifted to the staff. This lack of accountability from management is deeply disappointing and represents a significant departure from the excellent customer service I have long valued. The current state of this store is a disservice to the Publix brand. It is no longer distinguishable from other, less-regarded grocery chains. I sincerely hope that management addresses these systemic issues promptly to restore the store's operations to the high standards that a lifelong customer, like myself, has...
