Dollar Tree — Attraction in Killeen

There were two young ladies working today (June 5th, 2019), and they gave me the most wonderful visit! I am finding out the gender of my baby today, and being married into the military, we don’t have friends or family around. I went in with the gender in an envelope and a box and asked them to fill it with balloons and close it for me, and I’d be back to pick it up. I went back and they had made it look more beautiful, and the balloons were placed perfectly, and they went above and beyond to help me. I tried to tip them, but they informed me, they were not allowed to accept it. They even said they wouldn’t want the tip anyway, because they had so much fun doing it. The store itself is very good, you can find a lot of things in it better than in any other and it is quite clean compared to others. I would like to draw the attention of the administration of this store to a cashier named Davin, who behaves very rudely and disrespectfully towards the customers he serves at the checkout. He listens to music in his ears and thus does not listen to clients. In parallel with the fact that he listens to music constantly, he also talks a lot with his friends who, as I understand it, do not work in your store, but come there only to talk to him. Very upset about my visit! There were two lanes open both were filling balloons and bagging them, and when I say balloons I mean at least 20 in both lanes. At this point we had been in line over 10 minutes. Neither line moving. There were five people in my line waiting and about the same in the other line. Finally someone came and opened up a third but instead of taking the people who had been waiting she starts taking people who were just walking up. Bad bad customer service!
