Hobby Lobby — Attraction in Killeen

If there was a choice to choose zero stars I would give Lacey who works in the Tshirt department a ZERO star! Her customer service was so unprofessional, and I'll explain why! I came up to Lacey who looked busy doing her job. However, I interrupted her by saying; excuse me, do you know if y'all have any L black Gildan tshirts in the back? Her quick harsh response was NO!! I'm thinking you didn't even take the time to look. I asked Lacey if she could PLEASE look in the back, just like everyone else would each time I didn't find something I needed. No one else as ever gave me the RUDE response she did. It was like she wanted to argue and not take time to look when it only takes a few minutes away from her area. I told her I would ask someone else to look, she says I work this department there is no one else who will be able to help you! I guess Lacey thought I walked away and she wouldn't encounter my face again. I turned the corner to see her sharing our little confrontation to Diana by shaking her head and not realizing I was behind her. So I proceeded to let her know it was right for her to be talking to another employee. Diana proceeded to do the right thing and help me. She took the time to explain in detail, and still took time to walk to the back to check if what I needed was available. As Diana did her job correctly, Lacey continued to argue with me after asking what her name was, and she starts with a harsh tone telling me her name, her employee number and how many years of service she has been there, which was 11 years! If she has been there 11 years then she should know how important CUSTOMER SERVICE is to Hobby Lobby. Maybe, Hobby Lobby needs to remind Lacey how to handle kind customers like myself! I just want to include the two other individuals who also was so kind and helpful, and very understanding of my situation. Lois, and another lady who I forgot! THANK YOU for doing what Hobby Lobby would want from their employees! Diana, Lois and the other lady deserve more...

I visited this Hobby Lobby a couple of times before and although they have alot of beautiful items with Christian themes, "the love of Lord" as they say, is just NOT there. I needed a frame for an odd size poster and there were a total of 5 employees back by the framing: 3 stocking, 1 on the craft table and 1 helping another customer. Outside of that one helping that one customer, not one greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Although they watched me walked around the frame area at least three time trying to match up this poster. Not even a hello or smile...I said wow! I end up getting a foam board to make my own backing and I was trying to get the right size and one of the employees just looked up and went back to her busy work. I got my board and proceeded to the front with my oversize item and another employee looked down as I was passing by as if, God forbid, I asked about anything. The spirit of these folks need to match the merchandise they sell. I probably won't go to this one again as I hope this isn't prevalent in all their stores. 0 stars for customer service 3 for products= 1.5 (rounded to 2). 29...

Fantastic Holiday Shopping Experience at Hobby Lobby in Killeen!

I recently had an amazing shopping trip at the Hobby Lobby in Killeen. I was blown away by the incredible selection of holiday decor, wrapping supplies, and unique gifts.

I was able to find everything I needed to wrap all my family's presents, including beautiful wrapping paper, ribbons, and festive bows. I even scored some adorable stocking boxes and was able to fill them with little trinkets and treats for everyone on my list.

The best part? I was able to take advantage of some amazing sales, including a 50% off discount on many of the holiday items. I even found some fun toys for my dogs and some charming ornaments for my children's Christmas trees.

The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I left the store feeling incredibly satisfied and excited for the upcoming holiday season.
