The only reason I would say I would give it a zero would be because if just leslie was there, Sue was there, and she made my experience pleasurable. I had called them on the phone to make sure that they had straw, and leslie told me on the phone that they did, and that it was going to be $15.99. Well I come in and ask lovey Sue where the straw is and she said in the back, then, miss leslie came out of no where and first of all in rude tone said that "we have no straw" I was dumbfounded because I had been on the phone with her and asked multiple questions about the straw, and if it was round bale or square bell, also if it was fifty or a hundred pounds. So I don't know how it got lost in translation that I was getting straw but she claims that I never said straw ans she told me hay. Which in general, I was getting the straw to help my animals stay warm in the winter, and hay doesn't do that it can make them colder, so why would I come all this way to get somthing i dont want. Well thats because I thought they had STRAW. Anyway, I turned my friend and said whoever was on that phone is "cruising for a bursing" and this is an inside joke.We have together because we say it to each other. Said it not super loud, said it to her, but leslie was listening in on our conversation Just like she did with me and Sue. Leslie, then proceeded to say "you talked to me", in a super rude tone. And then I proceeded to say, "oh, well, you told me that you had straw, but its fine" then she claimed that that never happened and that I said, hay, and she said, hey, and ended it with a nice "Whatever" and the hey vs straw agurment is not true because i came for straw and I even called the lampasas tractor supply and asked about straw and there seemed to be no mix up there so it seems to be a killeen tractor supply issue. What really made me write this review and really upset me is the what if whatever she ended it with, i work in customer service in a customer service base field. And if I ever said that I would get fired, and I think that it is. So inappropriate for someone to talk to somebody else like that. Especially a customer that's about to give you money. I just feel personally really unsatisfied with the treatment of me and my friend, there was a different way to go about it.You could have said "hey I heard that joke and I don't really appreciate that. I was the one on the phone with you" or anything else. Not combative argumentative and end it with a "whatever" that does rubs me the wrong way Everyone else in the store was a 10/10 Leslie...
Read moreThis place is really unorganized. Bought a trailer here, they put the original title document into the temporary license plate tag, unbeknownst to is. From there, we tried to register the trailer with the county and we’re told we needed that document. So I came back, asking if they have that document, they stated they gave it to us either in a Manila envelope or a plastic bag. When she pulled out the plastic bags to look through, you could see several papers including a warranty card in the bag. This warranty card was stapled to our receipt, we never received the plastic bag with all the information. The lady (I didn’t get her name) was insistent that I lost it, and even questioned why I didn’t notice this sooner. When I returned home, I looked where the only plastic was the one that held the temporary license plate. Whoever put the temporary tag on, also put the title document with it… inside the plastic bag cover. So I went to go register the trailer and was turned away because tractor supply did not sign the title document as they are supposed to when selling trailers. I returned to tractor supply and they said to come back at 1pm because Leslie, the person who put together the paperwork is the one who has to sign it. I come back at 1pm and turns out Leslie isn’t supposed to come in until 3:30pm. All of this because they didn’t ensure the paperwork was done correctly, because had they did that, the title would have been filled out with the rest of the documents and not placed with the...

I walked to pick up my curbside order & was ignored for about 5 or 6 minutes. I saw the cashier (elderly woman) who would have been assisting me walking around and doing everything else except coming to ask if I needed help. I ended up having to call the store while inside to request help because I literally couldn't find anyone.
After I was assisted and OUT OF THE STORE, The cashier with red hair (who I don't recall even greeting me when I initially walked in) walked out behind me & said "if you needed help you could have just asked me at the front" !!! Excuse me??? If she would have greeted me ( as I heard her do to other customers ) then I would have explained to her that I needed help. So now the customer has to do all the work? (or at least certain types of customers because I heard many others who didn't look like me get asked if they needed help). I told her thanks for the advice but I won't be back and felt it was uncalled for for her to even walk behind me out of the store to say that.
Very rude experience and very very disheartening to see other reviews consistently saying the same thing and nothing being...
