The movie was great but the theatre service was horrible and dirty, me and my wife booked online to watch Heart eyes, the app said that we could order food from our seat, but when arrived the lady at the counter rudely said they don’t offer in seat ordering, even-though it said otherwise on the app, she made seem as if it was our fault after we told her the app was showing that, so we decided to order from the counter, the entire cinema floor was extremely dirty full of popcorn all over the floor, tissues, and filthy the seating area where we waited for our food was completely filthy, mind you Cinemark in Bellevue is way more clean, absolutely spotless, great service and the same ticket price as this place, we finally got our food head to our theatre, we were disappointed again to find there were no tables that extended from the seats as we were used to in the Bellevue theatre, so we had to manage eating our hot food on our lap, completely uncomfortable, again the theater itself was full of garbage on the floor, even the seats were not clean they had food crumbs enjoyed the movie but absolutely hated the the service and seating, I see the other comments in the reviews are positive, I am not sure if it’s just our luck we came on a Friday night, regardless it should be clean with same standard of service as the other branches, we will never come to this place again and would not...
Read moreI wanted to love this place, I really did. The location is fantastic, the theaters are brand-new and you can tell, there's a new little arcade there in 2022, which is crazy. But there's just nothing to see there. It's not that there aren't great new movies coming out-- in the last year, there's been excellent, family-friendly movies like Marcel The Shell With Shoes On, and also cool, offbeat movies like After Blue and Neptune Frost. None of these made it to screens here, although this week in September you can see Top Gun: Maverick, which came out in May, DC League of Super Pets, which came out in July, and Avatar, which came out in 2009. I had paid for the Cinemark premium subscription, with the hopes that I'd be able to see a different and exciting movie about once a month. Once I realized that wouldn't be the case, I held on to the subscription with the idea that maybe, with enough business, this theater would find a niche that made it worth visiting with some frequency. It still hasn't, but it HAS been locked whenever I've come by during late showtimes just to buy popcorn-- not even see a movie playing that second, but just to buy their expensive popcorn!
In the event something is playing here you want to see, and you're closer to here than another theater, this is a great option. In any other...
