CAREFUL WHEN YOU MAKE AN ORDER WITH RANIELLE!!! We had an extremely bad experience for our recent purchase at Dania Kirkland with Ranielle. In late Dec we purchase quite a few pieces, some of the items are not available by then, we were told items will be delivered to use once them are back in stock. This we called the store checking the item availability, and we are told WE MUST PAY ANOTHER SHIPPING FEE otherwise they WONT SHIP THEM TO US even we already paid month ago.
We were never informed theres another shipping fee when we place the order, and theres no notes mentioning about the extra shipping charge.
What makes us feel even worse is, the sale representative RANIELLE refuse to admit the fact we were not informed of the extra charge, and even said "most customer could understand the policy correctly" to imply us are not smart enough to understand her, thats apparently a insult (see photo attached)! I cannot believe it is said by sales representation.
RANIELLE also refused to connect us to the store manager, and claimed theres only one manager in that store, which is not truth (confirmed by online service agent). The second time I called and request to connect to the store manager, she then claimed she dont know when the Store manager will be available. Shame on her for all these lies.
Now we paid $2000 for our items, have receipt, and the store refused to provide us the pieces we paid for. Ironic.
I called tons of times and the issue is still not resolved. So dont believe the reply from the store, they dont give it a shit. We spent more than 20k here in last two years, and now feel like a fool.
Update: we went to the store and cancelled our items. The funny thing is, when we talked with the store manager that Ranielle lied to us in the phone call (like, claiming she informed us the extra shipping charge .etc.), we were requested to NOT use accusing sentence like lie. Interesting, why not starting from train the staff not lying and dont blame customer for the store's mistake in the beginning?
Actually theres even more inappropriate words from Ranielle in the phone. When we request to get our items shipped as they promised, Ranielle refuses to response and acted ignorantly during our talk, and kept saying "I dont understand what you say". Apparently she could understand every single word I said when I place the order, things...
Read more[Edited] They were eventually able to find an inventory and bring it to us later. Up until the last day they delivered it, we didn’t know if it was a new one because the sales team said they will bring the old one back and provide a new one later. But the delivery guys told me it’s a new one. Eventually we’re fine with the last resolution although we had to go through unnecessary hardship, so I updated the star.

It’s hard to understand why this happens.
I ordered a dining table from Kevin, who was very helpful, and paid extra for deluxe delivery, which includes assembly at home. We needed the table this week for use next week, so we removed our previous one. I chose this option because Kevin assured me delivery could be scheduled for the next week.
The delivery team arrived as scheduled, but within 5-10 minutes of assembly, they had installed the legs incorrectly and couldn't fix it. To make matters worse, they took the table away, saying a sales representative would call to reschedule.
I never received a call, so I had to contact them. Kevin wasn't available, and I spoke with Jenny instead. She informed me there was no inventory and I would need to wait until they checked with the distribution center. Later that day, Jenny called back, promising to call the next morning with options after attempting to fix the table they took away. I was uneasy about this since they loaded it half-assembled into the truck without any packaging, making me doubt the quality.
The next day, I didn't receive a call back. I called them in the afternoon and spoke to another salesperson who said both Kevin and Jenny were sick and unavailable. He offered no assistance and told me to call again on Sunday when Jenny would be back. He actually told me that he has nothing to help me and that he has to deal with another customer. It felt like my concerns were being dismissed in favor of new sales.
So looks like having the table ready this week is long gone and I am yet to know what options I have. It’s so frustrating and can’t understand if this is...
Read moreWe have visited Dania stores in Kirkland, Tukwila and north Seattle. This one in Kirkland just gave us the WORST experience ever! We bought a dining set and two office desks in store and had them scheduled to be delivered in 2 weeks. Couple days later we decided to cancel the office desks for some reason and the that’s when the nightmare begins. We called the store and a staff called Sue answered the call. We explicitly say that we want to keep the dining set and only cancel the desks. After hang up the call, we got an email say the dining table also got cancelled.. Fine, we called again, Sue first denied that she wrongly cancelled our order, after checked the record on her side, she promised she will add the dining table back. We waited couple hours, no confirmation email. Called the store again, Sue said she already added the dining table just haven't sent the receipt yet. OK, half an hour later, Sue called us asking for our credit card information (didn't you said you already fixed the order?). Call ended, our card immediately got charged for $600 (which is not the price of the dining set), and still no email receipt. The next day we called again asking for any update, Sue then again asked for our credit card information. Hang up the call, nothing happened.. Sue was really rude on the call during the whole process, and she helped nothing but cancelled wrong item in our order. I would definitely avoid this store...
