I wanted to like it because all the people are super nice and they were able to take me without an appointment. However, they overcharged me a lot. I’ve gotten full highlights done at several other places in the area including expensive and less expensive places and was never asked to pay $500 for just highlights and toner. I didn’t even get a haircut and the hairdresser told me it was so expensive because he had to pay the owner a percentage. I don’t think that’s fair though and wish I would’ve asked before he started. I went here for a pretty dramatic color and cut. I'll tell you that Indian hair is thick and very tough to bleach and color, especially a light color like silver or a pigment like blue. Marlene worked with me and even spent extra time to make sure I was happy when the silver part was getting really tough. The barber barely understood English and I asked for a low taper fade and for him to cut to my eyebrow. He left me with no bulk in the back and instead of cutting to my eyebrow he cut the top of my hair. Everything was bad about this haircut. Now I have to go to school looking terrible. Never...
