I'm pretty disappointed. I ordered the mixed Kabab plate. Beef and chicken kabob over rice with hummus, pita bread, and some veggies.
The rice was nearly cold and dry. All the meat was dry. The beef (which tasted like lamb because and was chopped and formed, was probably lamb) was so dried out I couldn't really eat it. When I say the meat and rice were dry, I mean I had to put a sauce on them and drink something to get them down. The dressing on the salad/veggies was bland on some bites and sharply bitter in others. The chicken and rice did have a good flavor though. Definitely not worth the $16 price tag.
This restaurant isn't set up really for eating in. They served the food in take out containers and the tables were not clean.
So, I can't recommend this restaurant. Other reviewers seem to have really liked the sandwiches, perhaps it was my choice of orders. Maybe if I'd gotten the beef that's "grandma Jasmine's favorite" like I ordered it would have...
Read moreMixed feelings you will have when you try this place, because there is so many good things but on the other side there is also many things which is not good. some dishes are super good while others are just ok. The half/whole chicken is excellent , the kofta is more than excellent . Their salads taste really weird, I don't like it. Humus is ok Shawerma sandwich not recommended. Rice is good. The lemon juice they use is very bad, it had a weird taste. Their garlic sauce is one of the best in the area. Quantities are good Prices are average The restaurant is clean Restroom most of the times you will not find towels. One thing that makes me really hesitant ti go there is the slowness, they are very slow, your order might take more than 20 mins or even more. I know my comment looks weird but honestly this is one of the most difficult places to review because i can not say its bad and on the same time not super good.

Read moreThis has become my new favorite place on the Eastside to get a gyro salad. The flavor of their slow roasted rotisserie lamb/beef leaves you wanting to eat more - but being too full to attempt it. This is a TASTY salad! I like the way they put hummus in the center of their salad, and top that with seasoning. Get your salad with feta cheese! A must! My husband has officially rated their gyro better than the other restaurants he has been buying from for many years. And believe me when I say he is loyal to those restaurants. Jasmine Kitchen has an order ahead option off their google listing and it works well. The only downside is that they take longer than the average gyro restaurant to serve your food, but it's because they are so precise on how they make their food and they make every dish fresh upon order. I often crave Jasmine Kitchen lamb...
