1st, my prepaid booking via PayPal went just fine. However, when I went to check in they required I have a credit card for incidentals. In the past I have been able to give cash deposit. This time my cash was refused. This new employee was the only employee on shift and could not make an executive decision and failed at contacting g someone who could. This was a hardship as the reservation was made online from somebody else's credit card for me. Causing there to be needless delay in checking in as I had to contact the card holder. This had never been an issue in the past. I have always been able to give my cash deposit. She would not even as much as look up my name to find my excellent history with their establishment. 2nd, while enjoying the continental breakfast I asked, once everyone was gone, if I may change the channel from the news and the woman who was working there. who also had been sitting at one of the tables the whole duration of my breakfast and the others, very rudely said that no I may not change the channel that she was watching the news. So I inquired about the topic that was on the news at that time. She responded with "I don't know!" Gave a look of complete disgust across her features and I tone of disdain as though I was putting her out. She then walked into the employees door that leads off from The breakfast area and did not return. Except twice only to grab what appeared to be milk for herself and yogurts for herself. 3rd'ly, check out time is 12 noon at 11:48 a.m. the hotel room phone began ringing it was the front desk rushing me to check out before check out time. Note, this is Christmas morning! In the past I have had nothing but good experiences with this hotel. Even this visit the room was very clean. I was not bothered throughout the night, and the groundsman in the morning who directed me to the breakfast area as I wish him a merry Christmas was very cordial. I will be staying here again. And I will not allow this one bad experience was this one curt employee who was taking it upon herself to have many personal liberties at the establishment's expense. Including: watching TV, eating free meals, having yogurts, milk, and having a complete lack of, not only customer service, but simple decency to her...
Read moreThe manager here is a thief. He used my credit card and said I rented a room the following week when I quit and left the area the week prior. Do not rent from this place or provide your credit card information to these thieves. Disgusting. I am a medical traveler and I am going to spread the word to not rent here. I have a graduate degree and I work very hard for my money and for this manager who lacks any integrity to think its ok to steal is insane. Stay away from this filthy dump. Do not let the manager or any worker have your card information and tell him any charges incurred will be charged to him. He knew I was leaving because i told him. I don’t know where you grew up but you have zero integrity and you need to lose your job. My money is not yours. Stay away from this nightmare. Taking advantage of people. No honesty no integrity. No wonder. I am going to take this thief to small claims court. Be very careful here as you have no recourse if you live in a different area. He’s going to lose the court case and whoever supports this greedy pos will see he’s a thief. Hotels are doing very poorly right now so just know that you are not safe here. See you in court thief. I have not received a call back regarding this so called manager stealing my money or from their supposed help desk. Don’t rent from this place. Do not hive them a credit card or they will steal your money. It’s filthy with bed bugs don’t stay here. No help from anyone. This manager thinks ur hard earned money is his money. Stay away from this stinky dirty place. Thanks for no help you are being reported and sued. Be careful to take all of your stuff with you because the cleaners will steal it. They stole so many things of mine while I was at work. What kind of criminals do this. Utterly disgusting. Shut this place down. Health department has...
