Mr. Host Vacation Homes — Attraction in Kissimmee

This was a great stay. I had a party of 6 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The listing is very accurate everything in the pictures was there in the exact same spot and place pictured. One thing I would suggest is to bring extra towels and toilet paper. The location was amazing it was close to Disney, close to all of the shopping outlets and close to just about any food that you could possibly desire. The communication was amazing. When I had a question I received an answer in less than an hour. It’s right by the tollway which made it convenient but it’s also quiet. We didn’t hear any cars or traffic inside. I think one thing the listing don’t mention is that there are actually two balconies, one balcony has a entrance from one of the master bedrooms. There’s two full master bedrooms that gives you complete privacy. This home is truly soundproof I didn’t hear anyone next door and it is on the top level so no one above you. We also tried out the pool area and the lazy river is a must do! It has a splash pad, kayaks and two sides for all ages. The pool staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness: Normal wear and tear but incredibly clean and well maintained. Carpets could use deep cleaning and/or replacement. Kitchen was beautiful, modern and fully equipped for our large group of 12. The outdoor space with pool was very clean and super relaxing after long days at the parks. The layout of the house works perfectly for large groups, we had lots of space to spread out. The pictures in the listing were true to the actual home.

Location: Extremely ideal location, close to the resort’s waterpark and all sorts of shopping. Most stores were not more than 1.5 miles away which was super convenient for our large group. Disney parks were less than 30 mins away maybe even closer without Holiday traffic. The neighborhood was full of vacationers but was generally pretty quiet. Community was clean and well maintained.

Host Interaction: Mr. Host was very nice to deal with. All communication was smooth throughout the process. There were some small issues with the house and were addressed almost immediately. The house is immaculate and Adriana is one of the best host I’ve ever encounter at an Airbnb! To be honest, this is one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. The community is very pretty and conveniently located to everything. There is space enough for everyone because there’s a downstairs living room and an upstairs sitting area ad well. The rooms are large and spacious. The pool isn’t that large but it also has a Jacuzzi. Our only issue in the house was getting the TVs to work because of all the gaming devices attached to then and we weren’t able to watch TV with consistency but even with that they did send someone over to assist us, but I guess we just were not very tech savvy to remember what we needed to do each time we wanted to watch. The only other thing is, you may want to bring additional towels and Also additional Pots, pans, and food storage containers.
