Crumbl — Restaurant in Florida

Crumble Cookie are the best cookies I have tried so far and they are very addicting plus they are like two cookies in one so yes you get full with one cookie but they are so delicious that you will keep wanting more and more. I get full but I still keep eating them in the price part it’s not bad in my opinion and in my family we alway say that “ if you really want it and u got the money and it’s some good to spend on go for it with no doubt “. The only bad part is that it’s a bit far from where I live because it’s all the way by the loop in Kissimmee and I live all the way in St. Cloud, in my opinion they should build one in St. Cloud there’s space by Wawa ALDIs and Culver’s not just that but it would be infront of a charter school and some parents treat there kids with sweets when they do stuff good or good grade so that would be a great place and also it’s near houses and stuff so many people would go not only as costumers but many people that live close and are 17 or 18 years old they would love to work there. And I know that because I’m 18 and I would love to one day work there just by the smell inside you can tell it’s gonna be a calm space to work at and also I’ve seen the workers at crumble in Kissimmee and they treat each other amazing and they treat costumers like myself and others amazing too I love it, it’s my...

Living right behind them I must say, it has been an absolute pleasure, and I love to visit with my nephews when they come over however, my recent visit couldn’t be further from Pleasant. I got the cookie that I thought my nephew asked me for when I got in the car he advise me that wasn’t the one he wanted I turned around and went back in the store (less than 2 minutes after leaving) and the representative at the front told me that they don’t do exchanges or returns. Once you leave the store I asked for a manager she stated that was their policy and them being independently owned having the right to do so because customers were frequently doing it however, the state states that if returns or exchanges are not acceptable that it does have to be posted in your place of business, allowing the consumer, to choose whether to continue to do business and while I am taking this up with a city and the Better Business Bureau for poor customer service. I also wanted to bring it to all the other platforms I didn’t argue or make a scene for $4.81, but I am a person of principle and if they thought $4.81 was worth not simply providing a good customer service. The cookies are amazing and the packaging perfect. However the customer service and attention to details is grossly inefficient. I ordered on uber for 3 sets of 3 mini cookies to take for 3 individual teachers at my sons meet the teacher night. Only 1 set of 3 mini cookies were delivered. Glad I ordered with some time I ordered again same amount and this time I also called the Store to let them know what happened and to please ensure I get the correct amount of boxes - (I ordered 3 again because I opened the first one thinking someone might have put all the cookies in one box. The person who answered the phone (female) said she got the new order and will send correct amount. Again only 1 box delivered! I called the store a second time and got the same young lady who only then discovered after my insistence that she must be able to discern that 3 mini cookies won’t amount to $44 plus dollars. Only then she discovered that her machine was not showing the correct amount (if that’s even true). While I love the cookies and the packagimg as perfect thank you gifts, the service is really poor. I had to drive to the store to uplift the additional cookies — no apology, just handed me the boxes which I asked to be placed on a bag, not even a single acknowledgment of anything. It was...
