So have been to Panda's many times over throughout the years, I remember when they use to give a good portion size serving of the food, tonight I went in to pick up food because you can't order online for whatever reason doesn't work, so arrive at 8:25p.m. wait in line for a good 10 mins because only one person attending the front counter, finally get to order & ask for 2 of the bigger plates or 3 item & side as I've called it of rice & the other noodles, anyways at this time they already don't have certain items, so have to settle for all orange chicken, the young lady serves up the rice & noodles which isn't no where near a full spoonfuls & had to ask if you could add some more rice & noodles, then she is removed & sent back to handling the drive thru, so he comes another female worker finishes tending to my order, the original person serving me started the filling the tray, then 2nd one comes in & finishes my order after asking me several times if it was reg plate, which I said no, so I didn't notice how much o.c. the 1st person had already placed in the container, now mind you this is suppose to be a bigger plate times 3 of orange chicken, well I'll let the pictures speak for themselves..so not sure if the owners or management is telling them to give small portions & charging the menu price, but its definitely unacceptable of the serving, especially at the price I'm paying for it your food! Read moreI have been a customer of Panda Express for a long time and my partner and I have always thought of panda as our little place to relax. However, after tonight, we left with more than an upset stomach. As we were finalizing our order the employee FLOR not only argued with us about the order being incomplete, but proceeded to speak down to my partner and rush her to the point where she felt overwhelmed and had to leave the restaurant. Upon grabbing the missing Item, Flor proceeded to make us wait to to the point where the manager had to step in and tell her “ you don’t make a customer wait.” She then continued to verbally and physically shrug off her boss and openly complete our order with aggravation and attitude. After leaving, we double checked the order to confirm that everything was there and were greeted by the “missing item” being not what we ordered. But while waiting my 7 year old needed to use the bathroom. I got of the line n parked to go inside but the doors were close . I said ok. So I asked the lady behind me if I could go back in the line n explained to her what had happened n she saw what had happened n said yes n I did n said thank you.
