On the positive side, I was greeted by an exceptionally talented salesman who provided outstanding assistance in selecting the best furniture pieces for my needs. However, my satisfaction was significantly dampened by the inconsistent shades of gray in the three-piece TV stand set I purchased. Despite attempts to rectify the issue through customer service, the lack of response left me disappointed. Let's start with the positive aspects of my experience. Upon entering the store, I was promptly greeted by a knowledgeable and attentive salesman. His exceptional attitude and expertise made the furniture selection process enjoyable. He invested over an hour of his time to assist me in choosing the best pieces for my living room, which I truly appreciated. His commitment to customer satisfaction and product knowledge was evident throughout our interaction. Furthermore, the delivery service provided by Haverty's was impressive. The delivery personnel were professional, efficient, and accommodating. They handled the transportation and assembly of the furniture with care and ensured that everything was in place before leaving. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident, and I was pleased with the overall delivery experience. However, the main issue arose when I discovered that the three pieces of the TV stand set did not match in terms of shade. Despite my initial excitement about the purchase, the inconsistent shades of gray among the pieces were a significant disappointment. After contacting customer service to address the issue, I was met with an initial response. They arranged for a replacement delivery the next day, but unfortunately, the left side piece was yet again another shade of gray, not matching the center or the first replacement. This inconsistency has resulted in a three-piece living room set where one piece stands out due to its noticeably different shade of gray. What further frustrated me was the lack of response from customer service when I reached out to address the issue. Being ignored after expressing my concerns left me feeling disregarded as a customer. The lack of resolution to rectify the inconsistent shades has resulted in a suboptimal situation for me, especially considering the substantial investment I made. In conclusion, my experience with Haverty's furniture store warrants a three-star rating. While the assistance from the talented salesman and the commendable delivery service were positive aspects, the inconsistent shades of gray in the three-piece TV stand set and the subsequent lack of response from customer service left me disappointed. Investing in a living room set with mismatched shades was not the enjoyable experience I had hoped for. I hope that Haverty's takes customer feedback seriously and addresses issues promptly to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future customers.

When we entered the store we were greeted by a salesperson and I explained what we were looking for. They showed us one that was in stock for the style we wanted but it was not what we were looking for. They went on their computer to see what was available that might fit our needs. I gave them some approximate measurements and we did some looking around. They showed us their best option that met our expanded criteria and I did some measuring. After some discussion we decided to go with a sofa and loveseat with recliners built in. They had a color that was in our wheelhouse for both pieces and could deliver before Christmas. We sat down to work out financing and were approved on the spot. We were in and out of the store in under an hour and were happy with our choice. It was not a high pressure sale but it was efficient and the salesperson was very friendly and personable. Our original plan was to visit at least a few stores and then decide what to buy but this experience worked out great. In the future I would definitely consider shopping here first for our furniture needs. Within a week we got the call to arrange delivery and we were able to set it up to meet our needs. We had great communication from them the whole time and our delivery arrived in the appointed window of time. When they showed up they were both wearing masks and did their best to social distance from us. We also wore masks for their protection. I showed them where We wanted them and they brought both pieces in. The furniture was wrapped tightly with furniture pads and plastic wrap which they unwrapped and placed where they needed to be. We were also given a care kit along with instructions for setting up the recliners. After a couple weeks we are very happy with the look and feel and our guests have been impressed with them too.

I ordered a custom couch on September 17th. I was told it would take 8 to 10 weeks. I called on November 25th and was told it would be delivered December 25th but since that was a holiday it would be 3 days before or after. I had my sectional removed in preparation. On December 15th I called again because I had not heard anything and was told it would be the end on January by text. I was refunded the delivery fee on the 17th. I then received a phone call stating it would be delivered on January 12th. Arrived 45 minutes past the estimated delivery time with the back leg broken off in the frame. I immediately called the salesperson, she had no solution said she would check And call me back. She did not I had to call again and she stated she would have to call me back after she talked to her manager. Once again she did not. I called and her manager was out. I expressed my frustration and she had the district manager call. It is now January 19th and I am still waiting. Supposedly the leg has been replaced and will be delivered Friday or Saturday and I will be given an additional discount since it is now damaged and repaired and it has taken twice as long as...
