Given the fact that the HC area has very little choices in the way of Asian tea spots, this place is a literal gem. Because not only do I go to many in and around the city, this establishment is quickly becoming among my favorites of them all. I've gone here before when it first opened ages ago, but it wasn't that good. But wow. How they have changed. Their bobas are solid and the choices aren't ridiculously overwhelming. We tried the ramen, takoyaki and the salt pepper popcorn chicken. Everything was delicious, FRESH, in very good quantity AND very reasonably priced (I'm finding that to be so rare nowadays). The ramen was served in two containers (one for the broth and one bowl with the other ingredients) and brought to the table, yet nothing was chinsy about it. The meat was well cooked and very substantial pieces. The broth was very nice. Not too salty, but with some depth. Takoyaki was actual pieces of tako. And quite substantial in size as well as the popcorn chicken. I came back to eat those again and to try the fried oysters and edamame. Also very fresh and delicious. Everyone enjoyed their boba milk tea. I even got to be the 1st to try a new black cherry blossom tea called Sakura? Very refreshing and not overly sweet. The service is just fine. I'm really thankful for this place. Solid 5 stars from me.

It's hit and miss, but one item missed so hard is sank the ship. I came here for the ramen. I have been to over 7 ramen joints in Orlando and this one was the worst. Now the ramen I got was OK, I would give my ramen bowl, the one with kimchi, a C. But the tonkotsu Ramen here which I got for my Mom was the worst Ramen bowl I have ever tasted. 2 spoons and I gave up.. The issue was not the ingredients. They were fine. It was the broth. I have had tonkotsu Ramen in MANY Ramen restaurants and this was the worst. It was so bad I felt ashamed of bringing my Mom to Eat it. It was so bad I don't trust them enough to try any other of their Ramen dishes. As for the octopus balls, they were the best version I ever had, tried the octopus balls in 2 other restaurants and this so far was the best one. Rating B. For the chicken dumplings they get an F. For the chicken on a stick it gets a C. It tasted good but was hard to chew. The pinaple smoothie gets a C. I didn't like it but it was not bad. The mango milkshake gets an A++. My mom loved it and I tried it and it was the best thing I had there. Stick to the tea and appetizers DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE RAMEN.

Good drinks. Bad chicken. The brown sugar bubble tea with herbal jelly was deliciously flavored with a good chewy texture; however, the bubbles were so tiny. I prefer my boba to be larger. I like when the boba is the size of the big boba straw. These were more like the small tapioca for Asian desserts. The Taiwanese popcorn chicken was not my cup of tea. I’ve had popcorn chicken at Vivi’s bubble tea but this was NO WHERE near the same. I love dark meat, but this was more like roughly chopped chicken scraps and thighs. There were chewy cartilage and fat pieces. It was greasy juicy but not all bites were meaty. Some bites were popcorn size and some were strips stuck together. Each bite was not the same, so it was a little difficult to know what I was eating. Sad I ordered 2. My boyfriend and I could only eat half of one order of popcorn chicken before we threw had to throw it out. They also only give you 1/4 filled sauce cups which was a bummer. I will not be back for the food, but I may go back for the brown sugar milk tea and herbal jelly.

I’ve been coming here since they have opened and I come by every couple of months and usually it’s the same staff and a great experience. This time around the service was ok. The person at the register seemed as if they were forced to work there and barely spoke a word to us. On top of that the food was horrible. I paid around 50$ for dry flavorless curry, tonkatsu ramen that had broth that tasted like cardboard, popcorn chicken that was ok and Takoyaki which is always good.

Not to mention that when I went and asked for new broth the lady at the register was going to make me pay 6$ for half a bowl of chicken broth despite me barley even touching the original broth I was given. We declined the offer of paying and just asked for Togo boxes and the ones we got were DIRTY! Food crumbs were inside the box and when we brought it to the lady’s attention she didn’t even give an apology. Disgusting. Unfortunately I will not be coming here again and this place was a big part during my chemo treatment it’s very sad to see how far it’s gone down.

I understand people can have bad days but this was just bad customer service as a whole and you should not have someone like that working the...
