Their food is perfection! I've had six of their pizzas, some regular items, some specials, but all fantastic! The Grandma's pizza...good LORD! Be sure to note here, in reference to their pizzas by the slice, THEY ARE HUGE! I ordered two slices without knowing this once, and was barely able to finish one. The other slice had to come home with me for dinner. In regards to their sandwiches, I've FINALLY found a place that knows how to make a meatball sub that I will happily travel for! Just toast that bad boy up and I'm a happy camper. Also, when working in the area, I LOVE that I can place my order online and know that they are actually reading the preparational preference requests. When I get there, my food is always ready to go at the specified time, and I have NEVER ONCE had to go back because my order was wrong or a request was not delivered.

Now we come to their staff and customer service. I'll say it like this. Pienezza Pizza is what every business should aspire to be when it comes to their staff and customer service. It's rare that I go in and see anything less than a happy face, and being a former culinary professional makes it easy to spot the fakes. The banter I walk in on from time to time cracks me up. The genuine smiles make my day. But it is the genuine passion, joy, and pride in their business that I love the most. I've been to businesses all over, food or other, and have received a wide array of responses to thanking the staff and kitchen for their good work. Some nod. Some appear indifferent or just plain angry. But the people here light up. I'm not just saying "Thanks." or "Good job." for the heck of it. I mean it, and I want them to know I enjoyed myself. Seriously amazing pizza. Forget wherever else you go, go here, buy pizza, live happy knowing you have access to some of the best tasting pizza ever!

I've never had NY pizza, in New York. But if this is even remotely close to it, then maybe it's time for a trip.

I ordered a Crazy pizza. And a pepperoni new York neopolitan. Garlic knots, cheese cake, and a cannoli.

The crazy pizza is absolutely phenomenal. So many flavors coming through, complimenting each other so well. It's a magical experience.

The NY neopolitan is thin crispy crust, perfect cheese, simple flavors blended so well it's just delightful, and the pepperoni has just a hint of spicy that brings it all together so well.

The cannoli is everything you'd want from a perfect delicious desert. Not an overwhelming size to make you feel gluttonous, a perfect serving to hit that sweet spot after amazing food.

The cheesecake needs to come with a warning. And an addiction disclaimer. I've never seen my family fight over dessert before, and they were both pulling at pieces of it trying to eat before the other. Eventually full stomachs from pizza won over and a little bit of cheesecake was salvaged for me to try. And I definitely understand the feud over it. It's phenomenal

Cant wait for the next pizza night, and trying more of the menu.

And if anyone thinks they are too expensive. Honestly it's not much differently priced than many other pizza chains and local shops. But the taste and experience is 10x what anywhere else offers

My family and I are constantly on the look out for undiscovered restaurants. Carnivore, undecided, and my vegan self found ourselves at the soft opening of Pienezza. Where we were greeted with kind faces and low and behold vegan options!

The design is comfortable with industrial pendant lighting and dangling LED bulbs for light. Distressed wood as the bottom panel leading to an open kitchen. It features counter service and sit down options. You can grab a quick slice or order off the menu for freshly prepared options like calamari, calzones, stramboli, and pasta that will be delivered to the table.

I had a Vegan square pizza slice. With grilled veggies and roasted garlic. The square pizza has a thick crust and crushed tomato sauce and the roasted garlic adds that meat flavor every vegan loves. Are your Kids not into chunks of tomato? No problem! There are traditional pizzas that has that good ole slice taste that everyone loves. After three slices and their generous servings of tasters we left extremely happy! Of course naturally a five star experience for being incredible!

Fountain drinks are available along with Kombucha and cold brew on tap. There are low tops and high tops available and of course desperately needed wifi. With Pienezza being conveniently located at "The Loop" its perfect for a snack or dinner take out after shopping or enjoying a movie!
