Our server, Billy, was absolutely phenomenal. This was our first time going, so we honestly had no idea what to expect or do. He spent the first 10 minutes of our time there explaining how the hot-pot versus barbecue and menu options work. On top of that, he was very charismatic, funny, and regularly checked in on us, also giving us his personal menu recommendations and sauce combinations. We went on a Saturday at noon, just as they started to open the all you can eat (AYCE) restaurant, so both the lunch and dinner menus were available for us. There was a self-serve bar that had fried rice, sauces, fries, and lots of other things to enjoy your meal with. The meats, soup, vegetables, and drinks needed to be ordered through the waiter, but trust me, for the amount of food they serve you and the speed at which it comes from the kitchen to the table, it’s a much better option than opposed to you getting the meat yourself. It was a party of four, and we ordered a hefty sum of food. The portions were larger than expected, so don’t order too much food that may just end up going to waste (to be fair, we may have just underestimated how accurate the serving sizes were in the photos on the menu. The meat was stacked up in piles in the photos, but we didn’t think they’d actually bring us that same amount of meat). The ambience was very relaxing, and I felt very at ease and relaxed here. They also give you vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry ice cream cup options to finish the meal off with a sweet treat (which are also AYCE). I can definitely see myself coming back and bringing friends and family along with me. Definitely don’t wear super nice clothes because you will be surrounded by sauces and the smell of meat, and I would recommend the experience even if you don’t eat Asian food but are really into meat in general.

The way my friend and I just ate right now is cause for concern for all nutritionists out there. Those plates (pictured below) are the aftermath of a heavily-protein rich lunch and my bathroom is about to enjoy a full 5-piece meal. On to the experience: Our server Kay is one of the best parts of coming here, she has a bombastic personality and will recommend different ways to enjoy the many different varieties of meats they have available. The best pairing, based on her recommendation, is the Spicy Pork Belly with the pineapple that sits and cooks on top. I'd say more but sources say I'm still here eating. There's a two hour limit, so come hungry, leave happy - IHOP errr I mean KPot. I come here so often, I'm thinking of buying a stall for myself indefinitely. Lunch prices are a great way to experience their BBQ/Hotpot experience, it should total out to about $24.99 per person and $33.99 if you decide to do the dinner experience. The prices are current as of today if you plan on doing BOTH the Hot Pot and the BBQ, otherwise subtract $5. Personally, I've done both and I've decided to say I prefer just doing the BBQ, but if you go the Hot Pot route, I really love how their miso base is. It is extremely flavorful. Over on the BBQ side, which I have more experience with, the Hangar Steak and the Angus Chuck Flap Tail are my favorite cuts followed by the Spicy Pork Belly which is phenomenal. I love it here, I feel like you will too. When you do come, ask for Kay and tell her I sent ya.

I went here last week during a family vacation to Disney. My wife and I had one night with no kids, and since I'm half Korean and love Korean BBQ we decided to go here for our last night in Orlando. After being seated for about 5 minutes and getting our food my wife started to not feel well. She said she couldn't eat anything and that she needed to lay down. She had only taken two bites of the food and her feelings were from the car so we know it wasn't from something she ate. We decided that the most comfortable place was for her to just lie down in the booth. I still felt fine so I started packing away the food the way you do at a Korean BBQ. Good grab, excellent meat, soup was a little spicy. When the server came by we told her that my wife had taken two bites and couldn't eat anything else. Kinda sucks because we paid $35 for 2 bites for her. Our server said she would talk to the owner and then offered us a complimentary ginger ale for my wife. The owner said he would charge us the bare minimum which was a $5 wasted food charge but didn't charge us for the $35 meal (which I would have been totally fine paying for). We basically left that amount as a tip because considering the circumstances it was the best possible outcome for our night. My wife felt better after she got home and we caught our flight at 3 am the next morning. Thankful for the care and gesture shown by this establishment. We'll be back.

Recently I’ve been having a lot of really bad experiences at this establishment, service wise. I would like to preface that the food is amazing and if you don’t mind getting dirty looks and humiliated by the servers, it’s definitely a good place to eat. I continue coming back because it’s so close to home and to be frank, it’s my favorite restaurant. Not long ago, I went in with my friend and our server was Amanda, we were sitting across a special needs child and her mother who were also having lunch, about an hour in, they need to use the restroom, they take their stuff(because let’s be honest, it’s Kissimmee, I wouldn’t leave my purse unattended either) and they go use the restroom, when they come back, everything was cleared from the table, Amanda replied with “oh I’m sorry, I thought you were finished and left” which, if you you really thought they had left, don’t you think they would’ve payed first?? Anyways there was an awkward gap of silence and they leave, as the guy who cleans of the table comes to sanitize, Amanda is telling him “well they ate so much, I thought they were finished”. This made my friend and I deeply uncomfortable and we aren’t good with confrontation so we just kept quiet. If you want to say something, don’t say it in front of customers because you never know who is watching. Ever since our experiences haven’t been the same. The last time I came to dine in was Friday 2/2, I asked the hostess to please seat us in a section where Amanda wouldn’t be our server, she assured me that Amanda wasn’t working that Friday and that we would be seated with Ben. I typically only get two or three things off of the menu because It’s what I like and I prefer it that way, so I usually get what I know I’ll eat first and then if I’m still hungry, I’ll ask the server for another portion. My friend is really big on the vegetables that you guys offer so after she was done telling Ben her meats, she was choosing her vegetables and he kept trying to leave in the middle of her ordering, the place was not busy, so it’s not like he had dozens of other tables tend to. If he had told us he had another task to do, we would’ve been completely reasonable, but there was no communication. Ben did not check up on us, we had to flag him down, and when we did, he seemed annoyed almost? and when I asked for more noodles, I was met with “you REALLY liked those noodles huh?” and walked off laughing. Felt a bit humiliating but after waiting I didn’t receive the order. All I’m saying is, if you work at an all you can eat hot pot and bbq, the least you can do is mind your own and if you think something is funny about a customer, talk to the people in the back of house about it to get your laughs out, don’t make them feel bad to their face about what they choose to eat. Left feeling like...

When I say my experience is like night and day today. I’ve been to kpot since they first opened at this location. I would say I’m knowledgeable in hot pot and bbq as I went many times and many different locations, some even in other countries like Canada and Japan. My server Camilo was absolutely appalling. I have been in the serving industry myself and would never treat as customer as I was treated. I came out with my mom and it was her first time trying this kind of food and to say I was ready to walk out the moment he started talking. He was so rude, and very sarcastic. After coming so many times and having servers like Amber who was always amazing to my party and I give the best tips to those I believe deserve it. However CAMILO was an absolute nightmare and should never work in serving with that attitude. I asked about the bbq stove needing some kind of oil or something as the food was sticking to the grill and told me that it’s over at the self serve station and that I could go get it myself. I said well I’ve never had anyone tell me that before as every time I’ve came the servers did it for me. He said “you been here before so you go get it yourself” I couldn’t even believe how nasty he was towards my mother and I. If he would have said it kindly and explained that it’s not common I would have understood as every other server “Amber” went above and beyond for me. My review would be pages long if I went into words what he used and said to me. After becoming a loyal customer since the store opened, they have completely lost my business and I will NEVER GO BACK. I expect more than just good food, a server can make your entire experience different. I stand on quality food and quality service and today was by far the worst experience of my entire life coming into a restaurant. The dismissive and passive aggressive attitude towards us was enough to avoid this place for good. I know what genuine good service should look like. From being a server myself and being across the world eating hot pot and bbq. This place can go to the ground with Camilo as a server. Worst service ever. Should have walked out the moment he dismissed us because he didn’t want us to think about what we wanted in...

I’ve been here 4 times and I have to say they we’re getting better each time until our fifth visit and it was hands-down the worst visit and experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my entire life.

Update not sure what happened to my original review but apparently it was deleted because I have a screenshot of it where the owner responded to me and yet I got an email stating that this particular review was getting a lot of likes and I realize I had updated that review to this one so here it is again and this was in January 2023

This is about the fifth time I visited this establishment. And today was by far the very worst experience I have ever had here. Apparently our server, Paula ( whom we’ve had before ) constantly forgot items that we had to repeatedly ask her for, she was never around when we needed her, and when we didn’t need her she was around. With that said, we went with people who have never been to this kind of restaurant before, so this was a learning experience for them. There was no mention of a time limit when we first sat down, and when we got to the barbecue portion of our meal, we literally only got to cook two meats when Paula told us we had five minutes left. We looked at her and we asked for five minutes for what? And she says to finish you’ve been here for two hours. I was appalled by her lack of empathy and customer service to be frank. We had just ordered meat and I asked her. , What do you want us to do with the meat that has been uncooked? She then said let me check. Then says, I think it is my fault because I didn’t start your timer when you sat down. She still went and got us the check and rushed us out. She also cleared out all the uncooked meat without us telling her to. Very very disappointed and when I left and told the manager, he didn’t seem to care much either. *I think will go back to our favorite volcano, hot pot. They love us there and treat us...
