The are able to work miracles. I bought a dress from Chic Prom in Raleigh and they over charged me for the dress. Then they were supposed to order a new dress in a size 6 and alter it to my daughter's size 0 and charged me for that. Chic prom lied about ordering the a size 6 they went in there back room and altered a size 8 but never refunded my rush delivery fee. The alterations for her dress from Chic prom was a mess. If it wasn't for Nidia Bridal Boutique I would have cried bc of the bad experience I had with Chic Prom. Ok, con mucho respeto voy a decir esto hoy fue un día muy especial, porque fui partícipe de una boda que se estaba celebrando y todo debía ser Perfecto de no haber sido porque la gente de Nidia boutique entregaron el vestido de la novia el mismo día de la boda súper tarde, roto y con muchos imperfectos, estaba sucio y en muy mal estado, fue espantoso y frustrante saber que el día de tu boda te pasen tantas cosas, Los chalecos de las damas fueron espantosos a nadie les quedo y supuestamente ella tomó las medidas correctas, Ademas de haberle dicho que esos chalecos no les quedaron a las damas, ella (NIDIA) se defendió diciendo que era porque habíamos subido de peso, lo cual es una excusa sin fundamento. Si estas personas dicen ser profesionales pues debería de hacer bien su trabajo no entregar tarde el producto y hacerse responsable por los daños, ya que jamás en nuestra vida volveremos a comprar en esta tienda por eso y por la Arrogancia y prepotencia con que atiende la señora NIDIA.
