KFC — Restaurant in Knightdale

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SANDY!!! I will NEVER return to this location. I visited KFC in Knightdale today...7040 Highway 64E. My first visit to a KFC in a few years. Placed my order through the drive thru window with a gentleman named Quincy who was very pleasant. I checked my order prior to leaving the location and saw that I received original recipe chx as opposed to extra crispy. I returned to the drive thru window and an older black woman asked what I wanted. I explained my concern. She told me that I ordered the original recipe chx. I told her for sure I didn't order original. She begin to argue with me regarding this. I asked her how was she so sure if my order and she said that she has been working for KFC since 2016 and she knows what I ordered. The nice guy who took my order originally walked up behind her and took accountability saying that he indeed did not ask which chx I preferred.. She looked very IGNORANT when he corrected her, however she continued to argue with me. I have reported this issue to KFC customer service. Agent said she would escalate this issue. SANDY....You are an embarrassment to KFC!!! I hope that you will be held accountable and receive some kind of training to deal with the public. Maybe you are fast food burnt out since you stated you've been working...

We waited in line for over 20 minutes to place our order. And the group of older adults to make up their mind and place their order. We finally got to place our order and we order the Buffalo chicken and the 3 piece chicken meal. And a chicken sandwich sandwich a side order of cream potatoes and gravy. We were given our drink cups and we went to drink fountain and it had spilled drinks and tea all over the counter and the floor. The floor needs to be swept and mopped with sanitizer. The bathroom 🚻 needs to be cleaned up and sanitized also. The young lady handed our meals and one of the meals the Buffalo sauce was running all over the place. And they had to give us another meal. We also ordered 2 packs of chocolate chip cookies 🍪 and my son had to go back into the restaurant and get the cookies because the server did not put the cookies in the bag with our order. The parking lot was very dirty and trash was laying all around the restaurant. They had 2 mangers on duty but they were not handing the restaurant in the proper way. I will not be coming back...

Got my order wrong all I ordered was 6 large coleslaws… I get to the window and I get the person that was behind me order… then im driving home I said let me check this real quick.. I check and the order is wrong I got a 6 piece bucket biscuit and fries with coleslaw I’m a honest person I go back to the store and I have to get out of my car and walk to the window…since the dining room is closed. Then I have to address this on 40 degree weather instead of them telling me sir please wait inside we’ll fix your order… nope they told me to step aside and wait outside the door… worst customer service I have received EVER ! They told me they never heard anyone order 6 large coleslaws… really so who did I speak to in the first place? An Imaginary ghost ? Plus I had to wait another 25 mins outside the door for them to make my remake/fix my order. Zero stars if I could. Won’t be back to this location… district manager please get in contact...
