Came here for vaccines with VIP PetCare. Upon walking in the store there were five adults standing behind the counter and not a single one of them spoke to me or even acknowledged my presence. All five of them stood there and watched me wander trying to find the vaccine area. Further, the vaccine people can only give one vaccine per 45 minutes because they are so unskilled and so new at this. There was a 250 lb man laying on top of a 7 or 8 lb dog while some other young man attempted to give it vaccines. Between the two of them they were so terrified of doing this and they appear to be completely incompetent. After waiting 40 minutes in line they had served one customer. Upon trying to leave I tried to buy two bags of pet treats but four of the five people who were there when I came in couldn't be bothered to ring me up or even say goodbye or thank you or drop dead. The only thing I can say positive about this store is that it seems to be well stocked. Their service sucks and their vaccine company sucks even worse. Do yourself a favor and go to a real veterinarian who is licensed and experienced. If you need farm stuff try an agro supply store or your local hardware store. Even if you go to a big box store you'll get better service than here. I live in Knightdale but I will not visit this store again, I will drive to Garner first if I absolutely must do business with...
Read moreVery disappointed with the customer service. There may have been smiles on the staff’s faces, but when a mistake was made, there was zero solution offered.
I received an email confirming my order was ready. Since I couldn’t get to the store myself, I sent my friend to pick it up so my animals wouldn’t go without food. When they arrived, the order was incomplete. The staff said the rest would be available the next day.
I received another message reminding me not to forget my order. Still stuck out of town, I sent my friend again. This time, they were told, “Sorry, that was a mistake — your order won’t be ready until later today.”
I asked if they could deliver or do something to help, since we had already made two trips. They said, “We’ll see what we can do and call you before the store closes.”
No one called. When I followed up, they said there was nothing they could do. So I had to drive myself all the way there for the third time.
No discount. No apology. Not even a bottle of water offered after all the time, gas, and trouble I went through — and I don’t live close by. I’ve spent a lot at this store, but this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. My animals needed their food, and I was left without support when I...
Read moreGreat staff, well stocked and organized...especially this spring. It has been very busy and social distancing has been politely followed by customers. The staff is always willing and able to help. Loading is quick and the staff can answer almost any question they carry products for. I have shopped in at least a dozen different TSC stores. The store layout and products do vary but the great experience has been common to all. Thank you to all the TSC staff for weathering the COVID while still supplying the community with all the essentials and the non essentials. Furloughs, work from home and not working has given people a lot of time for home/farm projects. Being able to get the feed and supplies as well as bird feeders, nuts and bolts has been wonderful. Thank you for continuing the caring approach for the communities and people you've helped during some unusual...
