we placed a mobile order for dine in. we were greeted 5 minutes after we arrived (there was no line at the register) and we told the team member we had placed a mobile order and the name associated with that order. She returned to the kitchen presumably to check on/start our order. 25 minutes later, we returned to the counter and the same agent we spoke with earlier failed to recognize that we were still waiting for our order. we were not even offered cups for the soft drinks we had already paid for. She left in search for our order. during the interim, one person who was there before we arrived had received her order and was obviously disgruntled, presumably for her long wait. 2 cars had been served at the drive thru since we arrived. I counted 8 people on staff in the kitchen not including the manager in the office with the door closed. one team member had been carrying the same bag of shredded cheese back and forth across the kitchen for 10 minutes. another was teasing a third about a nacho cheese pump she had "thrown across the kitchen and broken". the floors and make table were filthy. the staff member with the bag of shredded cheese had finally found the scissors and the cheese was in the make table. the broken pump had been switched out. at 30 minutes we got our food. returning to the table we realized that it was wrong and returned to the counter once again, to ask for a manager. She helped the crew remake our order. the dining room was filthy to match the kitchen. worst taco bell experience ever, and I'm a 56 years old man. this is not my first rodeo. the on duty manager should be fired for dereliction, or at least come out of the office and manage...
Read moreI waited for over 40 minutes in the drive thru at this location. I was picking up an order for delivery. The order was being placed again because it was done incorrectly the first time. While I was there I watch three separate employees step out to causally smoke a cigarette or just stroll around the parking lot while on the phone. There were probably 4 cars in the drive thru for the 40 minutes. When I finally got to the window I asked the cashier to read back my clients order because she requested it, and the casher declined to. I then asked the one who eventually handed me the food to verify the order (because it's tamper proof, I can't look inside) they also did not. So I read back the order and he just nodded the whole time in a way that communicated "whatever" more than yes. It is important to know there is no escaping the line once you get in it. There's no way to turn out after waiting 20 minutes on two cars ahead of you, because there is a wall on one side and bushes on the other. Also, the lobby is locked up pretty often. Not because of Covid, because they are either understaffed or just don't want to deal with people inside the store. No one at this location seems in the least bit motivated toward service. This was a one time example, but this location has a history of being pretty lousy. I stopped going here personally a couple years ago. It hasn't improved at all, in fact it's worse than it use to be. Drive to...
Read moreOMG. I don't normally take the time to review fast food, everybody knows, it is what it is. BUT tonight I was so appalled at the service I received that I need to tell somebody (lucky you). The drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I parked to go in. The door was blocked by trash cans so I had to walk around to another entrance, no big deal. I stand at the counter for a few minutes without being acknowledged. I asked the guy preparing food if anyone was working the front, he called out to someone and after no response he took his gloves off and came to take my order. I waited 25 minutes for my food and a man that ordered before me still had not gotten his food when I left. The drive thru line never moved the whole time I was there. I saw a young lady in the back walking on the same pile of boxes for a good ten minutes, then in slow motion she began to throw them out the back door, one by one. When I got her attention I asked her if she was the manager and she mumbled some sort of affirmation. I proceeded to ask her why she wasn't doing anything to help getting the food out and told her that while she is walking around in slow motion that she can't expect much out of her staff. "It all trickles down," I explained, "they aren't going to work if you don't.". She said OK....
