The Copper Cellar Marketplace — Attraction in Knoxville

We ordered a charcuterie board from the Copper Cellar Market after seeing a high-quality example promoted on their Instagram. After unwrapping it at home, it was anything but high-quality and the advertised photo was a clear misrepresentation of their product. My wife called and politely voiced her displeasure of the misrepresentation and was told we would receive a gift card in the mail.

3 weeks later, no gift card, no returned calls. We again had to reach out and spoke to Amanda who completely changed their story and claimed they were undecided if they would send us a gift card? Just comical.

It’s not about the gift card. It’s not about the money. It’s about the principal of standing behind your product and service. Pitiful...

This is my third time shopping at Copper Cellar Market, this has been a great find since becoming an empty nester and only needing meals for two. We’ve had the meatloaf for two a couple times and also the Smoky Mountain cheese pizza is so delicious. I’ve picked up some pimento cheese for my husband’s lunch and it’s better than the grocery store stuff. On today’s visit we tried the herb crusted pork chops and mashed potatoes and it was delicious. So ridiculous. Fresh oysters are the same price as in Chesapeake’s restaurant, but you do the hard work of shucking, plating, etc. at home 🤬Blue Point oysters for example are $3.75 here, but $1.80 at The Shrimp Dock at the time of this review. Take your business elsewhere for fresh seafood! cRaZy stupid… And reviewers, PLEASE stop posting reviews & photos for Chesapeake’s and their other restaurants here. These are reviews for the Marketplace… it will skew the ratings for this...
