Windsor Square — Local services in Knoxville

We still call this theater the dollar theater. I started going there back in the day when it actually cost a dollar to see a movie. But it's no where near a dollar now! The price to get in isn't too bad but the price for snacks is through the roof! I guess they have to make money somehow, right? We went Saturday night to see a movie the kids wanted to see. It's usually a clean environment and that night was no exception. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I guess my only real complaint would be that they don't have a "couples" snack option. It would be nice to have a value price option when buying for two, instead of having to buy separate, individual items. Rented a car from Hertz at this location. Tried to get the agent to add our Hertz gold number to our reservation. He said he could not because it was prepaid. We told him we needed to put it on so my wife could drive the car because I will be getting a procedure and will be under anesthesia. He said to call the main number and they could do it. We took the car even though it was dirty. Later while on the road we called the main number only to be told that they could not add the number and the agent where we picked up the car was just being lazy and should have canceled the car and put in a new rental contract, but because we took the car they could not do...

We loved this shopping plaza_ It is filled with all your shopping needs, entertainment, and a myriad of other delightful shops as well. The parking area is well-lit and designed with such spaciousness. No chaos and to top it off, you have access to the restaurant drive-thru directly in front of the shopping plaza. For travelers, it is the perfect spot to stay near. Catch a movie, grab some supplies, and swing thru Mickey D's and/or Fazolis on your way out. Great design folks_ easy access in and out.
