About a month ago I bought a bed frame from this store. We were able to bring the frame home that day and needed to wait a week to receive the roll slats that came with it. Once they arrived I realized that the frame was missing some parts that were needed to support the roll slats. So I went back to the store and was immediately given a phone number to call and told they couldn't do anything there. I called the phone number and requested the parts, and after waiting another week the wrong parts arrived. So I called them again and told them they sent me pieces I already had and explained as clearly as I thought I could what I needed. I needed (and at the time of writing this still currently need) three legs for the roll slats and bolts to support these legs. What I was sent another full week later was one leg (which doesn't look like it will fit properly) and a ton of bits which seemed like they are meant to go on the bottom of the legs. This was once again not what I needed, so I returned to the store in person with all these parts to show them what I needed. I was once again given no help, as what I assume was a manager of sorts just kind of walked me through what I need to do to construct the bed frame as if this was user error on my end, and I had to keep interjecting letting him know that I was missing many of the parts he was saying I should have. Incredibly frustrating and unhelpful at the end of the day. No refunds. Go figure. I was told the customer service number would keep sending me the parts until they got it right, so I went back home and called the customer support number one more time. This time, unlike the previous two times, the person on the other line seemed to understand what I needed. However, for some reason they told me they are unable to send me the parts I need because they should have came with the frame? The reasoning was very confusing and made very little sense. So as it stand currently I am left with the rough idea of a bed frame in my apartment and have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for nearly a month now. The unfortunate solution to this will likely be to buy another bed frame from somewhere else or to salvage the parts I need from a hardware store on my own. Pitiful display of customer service. I had to make a second separate trip to the store to give them this info in person, they refused to give me a way to upload online. Mind you, no one from the store bothered to contact me, it was only when I reached out to follow up that I was informed my order was on hold. I was assured my second trip to the store by Matt that all the information was inputed and I would be receiving a call for the delivery of my furniture that is in stock . (now 4 days ago). I received no phone call so I followed up again today and much to my surprise my order is still on hold until the finance team can "look into it". they gave me a ticket number and said to follow up again tomorrow to see if the mistake was corrected yet. As a seasoned sales manager in the diamond industry I am appalled that these two are employed by this company. I have been promised dates that were not met and when I called back multiple times I was told they would call me back with in two hours. Now, having zero communication days later from them I had went up to the store only to be met with more incompetence and discrimination. Once I had asked for a refund since they could not be clear with me on a delivery date, they tried to charge me a 25% fee for something that I have not even taken possession of. As my sister and I had walked out of the store they were mocking us and laughing at us. Corporate needs to make this right.
